I have had this washer since 12-4-2020 and I love it, it washes and rinses the clothes clean. I wash a queen size fluffy comforter easily with room to spare. I got mine at Lowe's on sale for $499, regular price is $642.
Lowes has great prices. But the delivery guys don't always know how to fully put it together. It's a good thing it comes with a manual. It came with (2) clamps and they didn't know what to do with it.
Less than a year, end of cycle clothes are very wet, washer is squeaking at motor pules and smells of burn rubber, the drain pump is very hot to touch and the belt is in good condition and proper tightness.
I have this same one,and when i start the load, it spins left to right a few times before it runs water? I was wondering if that was a bad thing .and it seems that in this video his once started immediately starts to run the water .
I’ve had this washer almost a month. I hate it. My husband has a lawn service. So his clothes are really dirty. I have to keep restarting it for enough water to be in it. It had washed about 10 minutes and the clothes on top were still dry. I don’t know what these companies were thinking when they decided clothes don’t need much water or rough agitation to be cleaned. I wish I could find an old model like the ones I used when my kids were younger 😩😩😩
Make sure you are using the (water plus) button and select heavy duty. The water in the tub for me is always plenty using quick cycle without water plus ➕. Hope this helps
@@504ksh I always use the water plus. But it didn’t help. I washed a load later and it filled just above the clothes. The next load. I had to keep refilling again. Thanks for your suggestion though.
First it spins your clothes dry to see how big your load is, then it adds A LITTLE water to get the clothes wet and it’ll spin your clothes around. It’ll add more water later trust the process!!
I have had this washer And dryer for week now. However don't know if i want to keep it or not..it does appear to wash everything.. We don't have a lot of soiled clothes...maybe just used too more water and older machines..i don't like that is so slow... Plus I am very short and almost climb inside to get clothes out lol..
I just bought one and this sucks. How am I supposed to add a large load, but then it only fills up less than half way for the first 20 minutes? I work at a cannabis farm and all my clothes still reeks after washing. Any idea how to get the first 20 minutes to fill the tub? I hate having half wet clothes washing
The two clamps are for the drain hose, which attach to hold it vertically along the back of the washer. There are 2 screw holes on the right side of the back to place the clamps.
I just got mine today. The tech had a trial run, I saw the water and all. When I tried it later, NO WATER, just agitation was going on. NOT sure HOW to get water added. Seems SIMPLE and silly, but.....
I keep getting an error code E4 while during the spin cycle and my clothes get stuck in the agitator. Has anyone experienced this problem 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ so frustrating
Why aren’t all the cycles showing a time? I have that problem, the same cycles yours displays numbers mine does also, but some cycles won’t show a timing. Is this normal? What could it be?
It is perfectly normal- it auto senses the load size, then determines water 💧 and time will follow.... when you select a normal, quick, heavy, they are predetermined times no matter what you do other than add (more water) I hear [read] some issues of other machines but I have had mine for a while and have never experienced any of it. I love this machine. It runs just about everyday. E3 is when you start it and the kid locks 🔒 and people try to lift the lid up. It's locked.... until you pause it.
Hello Kyle, I am in the market for a new washer and found this Midea model at my local Lowes store. I have seen some of the other comments you made in your 2 videos on this washer and you seem very happy with it. Do you still feel this way about it? And if so can you mention the biggest pros and cons to it in your opinion. I know the brand is new to the US so there is not that much info online about it. Does it add enough water automatically. My biggest question is how the water plus button works, do you have to press it manually every time you want more water or do you just press it once like a setting button? I want a washer I can just throw my laundry and leave and not have to watch it all the time to make sure my clothes are cleaned right.
Yes press water 💧plus once. I never have clothes that aren't completely soaked during. I use quick cycle most. Normal appears to be more water 💧. I love it
Did you ever figure that out? I just got mine and it started agitating right away. Not sure how to adjust water level. After several minutes it’s still adding water and agitating. Maybe that’s the way it’s supposed to do it. I’m used to the old basic kind.
@@karenstrickland5648 I know what you mean lol I was kind of freaking out at first. Ok for normal loads just start you washer and select the type of load you need and settings ( normal wash, heavy duty, etc cold water, fabric softener) and start your load. And just let it wash, it's ok I promise it does its job even though it looks like it won't at first 🤣. BUT if it is a large load make sure you select the extra water thing, it will not add all the water at once so dont worry. It took some time for me to get used to it, because I had the old kind and I loved it.
@@karenstrickland5648 it only has two water levels, "medium/large" (for this level you just start your washer) and extra large( for this you have to select the bottom that's next to the fabric softener ) I hope this helps!🙂

It started out working well, then 7 months later it’s not draining and it’s still under factory warranty for the first year no one has come to check it out. Only 1 call a week later, 2 emails, it’ll be a month this week and still no help.
I purchased exact machine at Lowes and it is givine many problems. It is is overflowing so i have to shut of the water valves otherwise it will over flow and it ends up flooding in my laundry room. In did purchase 3 year warranty. I called for repair and within. 2 days i received an ema that they could not find anyone to repair under their guidelines..so they are sending me a full refund. Definitely purchasing a different brand.
Just bought and washed 2 different type of loads. It couldn't handle a heavy load so I had to split them. Questions: 1. How does it determine the load size? 2. How am I supposed to know the exact soil level of my clothes? 3. At the start of each of my loads, the agitator does its thing roughly 15 seconds BEFORE any drops of water which bundles my clothes/towels in one area. Is this normal??
Ok. 1] it weighs the load size 2] soil is how dirty. Grass stains, grease, or just body perspiration you decide how much agitation you need. 3] shuffling the clothes to balance so one side is not heavier than the other. Prevents loud banging, unbalanced errors
First it spins your clothes without water to calibrate how big the load is. Then it adds a little water and moves the clothes around, it’ll add more water later. Trust the process.
