My favorite crystal ive thus far used is tigers eye! 🐅I love the masculine and grounding yet powerful energy behind it. Im only 2 minutes into the session and im feeling almost supernaturally relaxed, i tried watching other asmr beforehand 😅.

I think both practices compliment each other really well. I consider qigong an internal art that deserves the practitioner’s full and open awareness. With all daoist arts I think less is more.
