The second part without music adds to the option and is equally as good. The soothing spiritual words carry it for me. Im also a big fan of unintentitonal asmr where a person speaks/practises passionately about his/her profession. It really calms. Yours is more suited to fall asleep with :)

oh my god thank you bre 🥹🥲 my sleep disorder has flared for the first time in ages and i’ve been up until/past dawn at least 5 days this week after over a year of a solidly routine nighttime sleep schedule 😭😭😭 its affecting my ability to eat and stay hydrated and take my meds regularly because i am so exhausted i just don’t have the sensory capacity for any of those things; tldr i do not feel good!!! so gosh i hope this helps, tysm for all you do for us 💕💕💕
