Just started playing Gellerpox recently. I’m 4-0 with my friend of whom I’ve lost most of games with playing kasrkin. Then just entered a tournament at my local games store and ended up in 6th out of 20, going 2-1 losing to mandrakes 16-19 on my last game. I love the team! Haha.
Thank you for the kind review - there’s definitely things we can do better on next time, but general consensus from everyone that attended is that they had a great time. Biggest tournament in the world that weekend, 2nd biggest tournament in Bristol that weekend (behind 40K, but ahead of AOS), biggest KT event we’ve run in Bristol. All that said and it could’ve been bigger if I hadn’t said it was sold out for the last few months.
Great video, near the end however, you mentioned something like 'talking out' in reference to the tournament. I have never heard of this term before and haven't a clue how to find out more about it. Could someone explain what talking out is? For reference I haven't attended a tournament before and most of my games are with a smallish group of friends.
Talking it out is where you don't finish a game in time so you and your opponent discuss where the game would have ended. Leaves it open to a lot of abuse
I travel a hr n ahalf for my events the last 4 all took place at the same city have to wake up supper early n pick up my bros who live in that city lol I feel ya there
@@CanYouRollaCrit yours came out amazing! I've always wanted a Gellerpox team, and fully kitbashed teams is kind of my thing (I have four so far) so I'm definitely going to do this and I'll be sure to give you all the credit!
Surely adding cognitive load of trying to remember which model is proxied as which model should be illegal in tournaments? They look great and love the idea, but it feels wrong for comp

Ah amazing dude, still great for your 2nd year. I'll have to come back next year!
Fantastic conversion! I love teams like this that aren't limiting themselves to just "their faction"'s rules
Thanks, tried to push the boat out this time haha
Congratulations! Super sick conversion and great retelling of the tournament
Thanks, glad you liked it all (:
Just bought them on the models aesthetics alone.
They're so cool and very The Thing feeling.
Now I'm excited to play them on KY
Ah nice!
GG once again sir! Hope you enjoy the dice set too 😊
Thanks dude, they're amazing!
Great job! Looking forward to a Gellerpox guide 😊
Thanks, likely soon haha
Congrats, John!!! I got my ticket too so we shall meet again in Atlanta! I hope we play again but this time at the top table!
Exactly dude! Finals showdown!
Great conversion, I agree with the Gellerpox models I don't like them and you did a fantastic job 👌
Thanks dude (:
Good commentary on the competition and great win 🎉
Thanks dude, glad you liked it (:
It's a shame it wasn't closer to city centre, Bristol has so many good food places
Yeah 🥲

I do believe you accidentally made a new term:
Volun-terrain - volunteering your terrain to an event.
Oooooh, it's a good term haha
The question is, did they have Banana Bread?
Also Congrats! Well deserved win!
No banana bread/10 😔
Haha thanks dude 💞
@@CanYouRollaCrit hell no!
Just yesterday, I was thinking what should I do with my Indomitus Necron army that is fully painted and has NEVER seen a game....
It all has a use if you can imagine hard enough 👀

@djohnson1084 oh nice, yeah kitbashing has grown on me a lot. Ah thanks dude, can't wait to see it!
Congrats! Do you think you could have won with Pathfinders instead of Gwllerpox?
Thanks? Maybe but I'm more confident with Gpox now

Not really as my proxies closely match each model they're representing. Plus we're approved by the TO and no opponent had any issues
If all parties were OK with it, then fair play.
Slumberghast, Well I mean he puts them to sleep.
