Decode Slow Scan TV from SPACE!

From time to time the Roscosmos space agency transmits slow scan TV from the International Space Station as RS0ISS. A simple Baofeng radio and the Android Robot32 app are enough to see the images being sent down from space.

"Compresses radio waves." Ok I understand doppler shift. Of course a approaching object would shift the frequency up a little corresponding to how fast it is moving.

Great! now start thinking of the relativistic effects, as they experience time differently than the rest of us... probably not a problem for VHF, but it does come into play for GPS frequencies and timeclocks. mind blown!

Yah, it's not specifically supported but if you put "PTT /dev/ttyUSB0 RTS" at the bottom of each direwolf .conf file, it'll work fine.
