Oh, WOW! Here in Oklahoma, we got storms and rain. NOTHING like what you guys are dealing with! Amazing! Looks like a good leg workout just walking to the chicken coop! Kodie looked very stylish! LOL! Oh, I laughed at loud when Kodie fell back into the snow! So funny! I don't think she was expecting it to cover her up! Although Aaron spent A LOT of time, and hard work, clearing the driveway and general yard areas, I think he had fun out there. The tractor is paying for itself this winter! The trees are so very pretty with the snow and the sun shining on them! Team work makes the dream work!! You all worked so very hard to clear off the snow. I spent most of this vlog laughing at Kodies suit, Berto bounding along in the snow, Tipper following his paths and the snowblower antics...lol. best of all was Kodies backwards fall....lol. I had a few winters in Minnesota when I was young like that-the city had no place left to pile the snow, we had 20 ft drifts in the middle of main street. It's a bear to clear. So much snow & it’s only December, so you know it will only pile up higher!!! I remember snows like that when I was young! We don’t get the heavy snows so much anymore! Haha, my bro in law was saying the same thing yesterday. He kept plowing , shoveling, plowing, shoveling. He was shaking his head saying.."where do I put it all!". My sons hand is sore today. I.m from northern MN . My mom and dad used to live in Fairbanks during Koren war. It was still a territory not a state yet . Dad was stationed there. They always wanted to move back, mom loves it up there,very homesick for it. We have taken her back for a visit.

Had a few blizzards over the year here in WV with about 2 ft snow and now power for 24 days. Zetor 75 hp tractor cleared the snow and wood stove melted snow for water, washing up and cooking.
That’s a whole lotta snow my friend! Man, you guys moved a lot of snow. Kodie in that snow suit was so hilarious! That is something to keep up morale when doing a tough job! The fact that it’s shiny is what kills me!😂 Great video!

I have never seen more than 1/4" of snow, IRL. My best friend is from Chicago, she gets mad when I talk about loving snow, reminds me I only love it because I never had to live in it! I remember as a kid what an adventure it would be. The neighbor with a snow machine went to pick up needed groceries for everyone. That was before all the four wheel drive trucks. So fun! As long as you can stay safe! Thanks for sharing your adventures!!
My biggest tip I'd give Kodie is to keep getting snow gear even though she may not spend time in the snow anymore. I didn't get any new snow pants or boots after high school because I didn't snowmobile with my parents anymore, plus I changed sizes several times. Last year when thinking about going to an interstate overpass to wave at truckers, I realized I didn't have ANYTHING to wear! My dad had my old snow suit and that would have worked but it didn't fit right. This fall I found Columbia boots $100 off and some great snow pants and really warm coat on Amazon. What used to cost $150+ each 20 years ago was just $70!

Jessica we have a winter storm going right now here in Minnesota! It was freezing rain on the way home tonight and up to 14 inches of snow by Thursday morning a little break and up to 6 more by Saturday....not as bad as you all but we have crazy wind with this part of the storm. Stay safe and it is a joy to watch your videos as I crochet on my grandsons afghan for Christmas!

So much snow & it’s only December, so you know it will only pile up higher!!! I remember snows like that when I was young! We don’t get the heavy snows so much anymore! Since 1994 I only remember only 3 storms with much snow!! We have plenty of ice storms or ground blizzards though! Rest up & do t overdo it! Blessings! 💜🎄🔔
It’s crazy. It’s why I think it’s such a big deal. Our snow does not melt so much. It just piles. But let’s hope we get some unseasonal warm days. Might lesson the blow.

Haha, my bro in law was saying the same thing yesterday. He kept plowing , shoveling, plowing, shoveling. He was shaking his head saying.."where do I put it all!". My sons hand is sore today. He said he cant move it. Here there is more to be shoveled today. Got to get it done though! Have a great day!

I.m from northern MN . My mom and dad used to live in Fairbanks during Koren war. It was still a territory not a state yet . Dad was stationed there. They always wanted to move back, mom loves it up there,very homesick for it. We have taken her back for a visit.

Had a few blizzards over the year here in WV with about 2 ft snow and now power for 24 days. Zetor 75 hp tractor cleared the snow and wood stove melted snow for water, washing up and cooking.
Oh wow! Let’s hope the power holds out. We are set up to live without but it’s just nicer with it on.

@@modernhomesteadalaska We live in Michigan and just live the winter and all the snow it brings. But we haven’t had a 24” snowfall here in many years. I would love that. I remember as a kid what an adventure it would be. The neighbor with a snow machine went to pick up needed groceries for everyone. That was before all the four wheel drive trucks. So fun! As long as you can stay safe! Thanks for sharing your adventures!!
My biggest tip I'd give Kodie is to keep getting snow gear even though she may not spend time in the snow anymore. I didn't get any new snow pants or boots after high school because I didn't snowmobile with my parents anymore, plus I changed sizes several times. Last year when thinking about going to an interstate overpass to wave at truckers, I realized I didn't have ANYTHING to wear! My dad had my old snow suit and that would have worked but it didn't fit right. This fall I found Columbia boots $100 off and some great snow pants and really warm coat on Amazon. What used to cost $150+ each 20 years ago was just $70!
Great idea. I think we will hit the goodwill too they have had some good winter jackets too.

Jessica we have a winter storm going right now here in Minnesota! It was freezing rain on the way home tonight and up to 14 inches of snow by Thursday morning a little break and up to 6 more by Saturday....not as bad as you all but we have crazy wind with this part of the storm. Stay safe and it is a joy to watch your videos as I crochet on my grandsons afghan for Christmas!
