- Continuing from EW0040,
First we compare the power supplies between the 2020 65Q95T SOC1003T and 2021 43/50/55 LS03 SOC1001AB One Connect Boxes.
Then we take a detailed look at the One Connect Cable BN39-02470A
To see how it is construction and how the connections are made. This will help if you need to repair one.

I just wanted to confirm that your connections are correct. My cable got damaged by rodents last week. Samsung wanted to quote me $350 and 3 months lead time, not to say a visit by tech which cost $100 is mandatory to confirm the cable is damaged. So yeah, thanks for the video. At first I was just connecting the GRND, 0, 13, 350V. Can see the power on the tv button glow red, but no pictures. Not until I spliced the rest of the 6 fibres, then I manage to get it back to normal.
Nice work. Good to hear you were able to get yours repaired.
Really interesting video
Thank you.
Hi, nice video. Are the one connect boxes interchangeable? Example, can we use the one connect box with HDMI eARC (2020) version with a tv which uses old one connect box with HDMI ARC (2018)
Maybe. Not sure. I have tried switching some of them around and it worked for a while then later it did not work. Was just saying check connection on the screen. At least you need to make sure the model supports your size of TV. The One Connect that comes with small size TVs can have a smaller power supply in them, those defiantly won't work with larger TVs.
My tv is black screen and the stand by red led is working what might be the problem the cable or the connect board ?
Could be a problem with the Power Supply. Capacitors gone bad is common.
Hi, I have a 50” frame with one connect box issue. It is blowing the 3.15A fuse. Any suggestions on what could be causing this or where I could look? It blows the fuse just by plugging in the box to electrical outlet, no tv attached or anything so it’s isolated to the box.
It is probably something gone bad or shorted in the power supply circuits. Will take a bit of poking around to determine the cause.
Hi i have similar one connect cable for my frame 2022 55” QLED and somehow rabbit has cut the cable now I don’t know how to join them, as per the engineer who worked in Samsung before he said they tried to join the ground along with 0v 13v 350v to see if power is coming in TV but tv has not turned on
But after looking at your video i think they have not joined the 6 fibers (1,2 red 3456 green)
As the cable is broken, can you tell me how to identify those 6 fiber
Will they be in colour (red, green) when looking through with fiber join tool machine?
And how to determine which red is number 1,2 and which green is number 3456
There is no color on the actual fiber. They all look identical. You will need to identify them and mark them yourself before joining.
I show a way to identify the fibers in this video, EW0037: ua-cam.com/video/CeMnRErVwxY/v-deo.html
It is done by shining a bright light down the end of the fiber and checking where it ends up in the connector.
Hello, friend, is there an adapter or converter from One cable to HDMI? it would really help me solve one problem.
I don't think that is possible. The signals are different to HDMI.
Please am looking for one 65
Have a look on Ebay should be some from people who have cracked TV screen.
