Scrumptious Sausage & Chilli Aloo tikis (English)

Ingredients:-
3-5 sausages finely chopped
5-7 potatoes boiled
Half a green bell pepper finely chopped
A handful of fresh coriander finely chopped
Fresh red & green chillies finely chopped
Half a red onion Finely chopped
Salt
Garlic & Ginger Paste
Dried Mint Leaves
1 egg
Oil for frying
Method of cooking :-
Mash your potatoes into a bowl
Add your chopped ingredients and mix together thoroughly
Now take small portions of mixture and
make them into a small discs like kebabs
Take the egg and beat it into a small bowl
Add a little oil into a frying pan to shallow fry the tikis
Once oil is hot
Dip the tikis into the egg and shallow fry them in oil
Flipping sides every few minutes so the tikis cook on both sides golden brown
Now take them out into a strainer to drain any excess oil
Your tikis are ready to serve with your choice of dips / salad / burger
