Just wanna say that the human models were well animated, especially from 2:45-3:06. Unless I've just been blind to other instances, this feels like the first time one of these mvs is focusing on the people instead of just the animatronics, which makes sense given the subject matter of the song, so kudos to y'all on this.
This animation is not only beautiful but perfectly grasp the feeling of the song. Nate has made so many good songs that capture Michael but this and Time To Move On capture it perfectly.
I feel the same way. No More is a good one, too!
Listen to salvaged and this back to back and salvaged becomes William taunting Michael with his shadow and this becomes a march towards the end of his torment
@@skyford3663 I feel like Ticket to Hell has that march forward feeling more than Madness. Mike's been in the game longer than Afton ever was giving him the upper hand. It's also just a banger.
True, but you heard "Nothing To Me"? That one looks like Mike is complaining about the past and throwing it all against William. And if you listed to "Burn Down This Place" and then listen to "Nothing To Me" looks like in the first song (Burn Down This Place) William is litterally trying to apologize to Mike and then in "Nothing To Me" is basically the answer back as a "no".
@@katie.oliver "Burn Down This Place" is Gregory's/CC's song, the lyric "call me your superstar" makes that obvious. "Nothing To Me" has the "Michael is reasonably pissed off" feeling as Mike throws Aftons' succession and failures at Will. The lines "Seems you're ok living as a coded lie" and "was it all worth it" speak that it's not just the past. It's the extreme collateral damage Afton left in his wake. Afton isn't an apologizing type.
After the release of "Leave Me Behind" and hearing clearly the message of that song, this song is also another cry for help from Nate and this one was released 4 years prior. This one is about him wanting to break free from FNaF but knowing it won't be the last or that he can't break free. Leave Me Behind is his final message about his fears of breaking free again but this time, he has to.
Absolutely, I just came from that video and man, listening to this now it’s so blatant. I’m glad he’s moving on now
From 2:45, I actually got emotional... Is Michael in his little brother's bedroom, mourning him...? And then we see his journey of him wanting to make up for what he did, end what his father was doing...

Nope, it's absolutely Nate. He's feeling trapped. Feeling like that people will only want more and more and more FNAF songs from him. That his other songs aren't good enough for people. Too many people coming to him asking for more FNAF songs as more FNAF games come out. This is (and many songs that have followed) are 100% about him feeling trapped by the FNAF fandom disguised (or doubled?) as FNAF songs. This new animation is reflecting more of that.

This song feels so different after Leave Me Behind. Well maybe all of them feels different now but somehow this one in particular feels like the first step of descending into madness

Love the fnaf covers, but honestly seeing how much he's improved over the years I wanna look into any original works he's made too. The production quality, instrumentals, the voice and screams and development of genre is amazing.

BANGER. Fnaf6 is so damn underrated- there’s just so much history, pain and emotion at this point in the story and I’m really glad you decided to give Michael a spotlight and some humanity that he doesn’t usually get in these songs. He’s a good person, but he’s broken and exhausted from trying so hard to make things right. Loved the flashbacks to the bedroom (poor guy, mourning his sibling as well?) and Sister Location. The Puppet, as well; she’s tired too, and just as innocent. Both characters are heroes, both absolutely spent, the poor things.
Oh my... This is a whole another level of this. As sad as I am to see Nothing Remains go away from the channel, I'm happy to see this come. To Nicholas Sayavong, thank you so much for animating this. It added a brand new dimension for it all.

Oh my GOOOOOD the captures Michael SO WELL?? The animation is INCREDIBLE and the music is AMAZING. I love how it acknowledges that Michael was the fnaf 4 protagonist too!! And the lyrics showing Michael's thought process, wondering why hes still here- dead men dont tell tales, but Michael is still around and hes in PAIN. Hes so so tired. Hes exhausted and he wants this to be the last time hes stuck in an office surrounded by killer animatronics. Hes in so so much pain and he wants out.
Also the animation with Michael is incredibly well made?? Like Michael in the fnaf 4 bedroom, head buried in his arms, stubbornly wiping away his tears because if he taunted his little brother about crying then HE doesn't get to cry. Or Michael In the fnaf 1 office, head in his hands, shaking his leg because he's so so fucking scared and stressed and can't face what's out there. Then Michael in the fnaf 6 office, just... sitting there, looking down, visibly exhausted, but his hands ball up because he still has to end this.
God this video is PHENOMENAL

I've never noticed, but, after listening to Leave Me Behind, hearing Madness is praticaly Nate's first cry for help to move past FNAF. "Why can't i get out, why am i still here, WHY CAN'T I MOVE ON, WHAT DO I STILL FEAR"

This has always been Nate singing about his feelings about the direction he was going. He wasn’t ever subtle. We were just deaf to it. He’s been trying to tell us he felt stuck and hated where he was going, and we didn’t listen. I’m sorry, Nate.

I love that this video seemingly turns the salvage interview with Lefty into a moment of clarity for Charlie.
She sits there, waiting her turn for the interview, but Micheal - not entirely understanding who's in the room with him - just has a brief emotional lapse fretting over yet another killer robot he has to deal with because of his father. Thinking that his plights are falling on deaf ears, he lets out all his insecurities at the cold ventilation walls just to steel his nerves for the interview so he can get back to keeping this mess contained and shoulder the burden William created for him.
But someone hears him.
Someone understands EXACTLY how he feels. Trapped by the aftermath of a circumstance he never realized would have such sprawling, horrific consequences for himself and those he tried to help. Trapped in a body that feels harder and harder to control by the day as a reminder of that mistake.
And so, he does have another haunted machine to deal with. But not one that wants to hurt him.

considering his most recent announcement the song almost takes on a new meaning. like he has to keep going and finish the job before he can move on. Maybe I'm reading too far though who knows
