The 3D animation is done in Maya, then rendered in Mental Ray. I'm using Renderman for my animations now but in this case Mental Ray worked just fine.
The text is done in Adobe Flash.
The compositing is done in Adobe After Effects.
The editing is done in Adobe Premiere Pro.
