    This has been insightful. People find it difficult to deal with their debts because of the emotions and shame that comes with it. I purpose to do better in my debt and my money matters.

    Most informative channel. We need more training on this, some debts are strongly and deep rooted, which amount to put off phone, depression and bankrupt.

    Thank you Susan for the episode.it has been very informative.kindly in a situation where your bughet is tight must a 50 30 20 rule apply.

    • @kap849
      @kap849 Рік тому +1

      Nope. Honestly, the 50/30/20 is like a "guideline". I've been in a situation where I could save 50% of my income and situations where my rent was 50% of my income. So you can tweak the budget but make sure you are prioritizing savings.

    I need more clarification on how to deal with multiple loans, because you may find you are dealing with loans with high interest rate,loans that are eating up all your profit and you can't do away with them because of your financial situation you are in.

    lets say i remit 100k per month towards my emergency fund would it be wise to invest that money on something that appreciates in value or investment that accrue some profit rather than my money lying in the bank and inflation rate also kicking in that it accrues little interest compared to the inflation rate

      The best way is to do portfolio diversification, you take like 50% of your money to buy bonds/T.bills, 30% of it towards buying shares, MMF, and 20% towards something long time like an insurance
