Lovely... so now I'm destroyed. How many of you guys cried or teared up watching this movie?
I will get back to you when I've finished my entire box in about 40 minutes 🥲😭
Always gets me man
This easily makes a grown man cry no cap
@@marcelinoh4354 No lies told there mate
@@HollandTheGoat r.i.p tissue boxes
I’ve seen this film 20 times and it always gives me goosebumps. Unbelievable
I'm with ya mate. Literal goosebumps.
"Do you see your children?"
I'm not even a dad and that line gets me every time.
This on opening night in iMAX was amazing!
Ooh I wish I could've experienced that!
@@justUzzyIt was breathtaking!
this is so true, my homies and i smoked hella weed too before going in, ill never forget it c:
@@chogak weed?! I wish I was there 😂
Christopher Nolan never misses man. My favourite director
I can see why. I've heard of his movies & I always hear it's always hits
They are
I never got to see this in theaters but I’ve heard many people say that the entire theater didn’t know what to do after the movie and just sat in silence for minutes lol
I can only imagine lol I would’ve been silent for a week
You know it’s about to be fire when it’s got Hanz Zimmer playing
He really goes insane with his soundtracks doesn't he lol
Great.. I have go out, but I'm all weepy now. Thanks, Uzzy.
😂.. don’t be afraid to do some outdoor weeping
I always cry watching this movie. I had a similar moment in my life with my dad years ago and it always gets me. What a movie
It makes it even better when it's relatable. Sick movie
Watch Arrival by Dennis Villeneuve, it would hit harder. Great reaction!
Thanks a lot 💯 I’ll defo look into that movie then
Omg yes Arrival is a hit! A definite must watch
@@justUzzy people who love Interstellar usually love Arrival and vice versa. But I have to say, I find Arrival better than Interstellar in terms of storytelling. It got 8 Oscar nominations and won 1.
@@sloy1246 I know right!
@@TARS20 Wow 👀 I mean I don't have much of a choice here then. I have to watch it. Sooner than I think too cos now you got me thinking lol
Yayy I can’t wait to watch this reaction to this movie! I always love people’s first time reactions to this masterpiece
It really is a masterpiece 👏🏼
I saw this film in the theater three times. I put a 65" Sony Bravia on my wall and upgraded my surround system because of this film. 😁
Now you got a theater in your own home. 👏🏼
@@justUzzy ... My upgraded subwoofer can shake my entire home!
Favorite movie of all time, excited to see what he does with Oppenheimer.
That one looks like a hit too
“That’s must be the theme of the movie”- this guy every other line.
Tears, tears and more tears 😭
Sounds about right 😂
What's really interesting is Dr Mann, the "best of us," shows exactly why they had to have Plan A. When it came time to put the species first, instead of not turning on the signal (as his planet was unhospitable,) he hit the button (self-preservation.)
34:32 actually he did "came back" when they had the same age, because when Murph had his age she discovered that the Ghost was Cooper and connected with him through the watch.. so it was like been with him again after all those years
Ah yes yes, that does make sense. Mind blowing.
You are the first reactor to predict it was gravity at the beginning lol
I felt like a proper genius in that moment icl 😂
From Professor Brand's point of view, lying to everyone was the only way to save Humanity.
He was right. It was vital to keep hope alive; it would motivate people to keep working.
Sending a colony to another planet was the only way to save the species.
Plan A (solving gravity and building huge space stations) was not a long shot. It was a dream, a fantasy.
Little did Professor Brand know that the long shot would WORK!
Perfectly said
Because my dad promised me always gets to me.
Got me right in the feels too lol
@@justUzzy I don't remember what I did exactly at that moment BUT I what I DO remember is RIGHT when we SAW Murph (as did Cooper) in person after all those years, THAT REALLY got me. AND (unlike during the 23-years-of messages scene which ALSO really got me), I wasn't distracted at all by trying to eat a salad (lol). That "Finally seeing Murph" reaction of mine was THE moment I thought "Ok, WHAT is this movie doing to me, do OTHER people react like this?" and then discovered UA-cam reactors lol. ADDENDUM: I have decided I am going to take action tonight in starting to acquire full access to "The Adam Project" (then watch your reaction)... I try to be as frugal as possible but can't resist the possibilities with that movie anymore, LOL.

To think that the actual Dust Bowl looked WORSE than the depiction in Interstellar…
When I saw "Interstellar" myself for the first time on my own, that's what got me watching reactions in the FIRST place, because I virtually never cry to movies, BUT: During that 23-years-of-messages scene, [while being a bit preoccupied trying to eat a salad during!]... I half-consciously wondered "Ok, why are my eyes watering (and dripping down my nose)??"
Actually since my first-time watch of "Inside Out"a few years prior, I had developed a big appreciation for emotional movies (that was the first time I firsthand felt the feel-good brain endorphins that can come along with tears).
So...when I noticed I was reacting that way to "Interstellar", I was actually annoyed with myself for trying to eat (hence unwittingly distracting myself) during such a profound moment! After that, I put my food DOWN if I sensed something important was coming up :P And...I WAS rewarded at that ending scene :)
But anyway, despite "Inside Out" having made me into a "tearjerker-seeker", I discovered it was notoriously hard to find a movie that would do that to me again (like YOU, apparently!) Interstellar was the first one since "Inside Out" (a few YEARS afterwards). "Interstellar" was the first movie that really made me wonder "Do OTHER people react this way... or is it just me?" Upon finding some reactions of course I soon saw it was NOT "just me" :)
😂 Yeah no, it certainly wasn’t just you. I’ve heard people needing boxes of tissues cause of all the crying
@@justUzzy Yup, I've heard the same (after I started looking up what other people thought, hehe).
I've heard of this movie so many times the other day I watched it and wow! one of the best movies I've seen in such a long time!
Honestly, it was a masterpiece
If he didn't leave his kids to go, they would've died along with all the people on earth. Sometimes we need to sacrifice OUR needs for the best of our family.
FIRST!!
Lovely stuff 👏🏼
o my days❤
Until this film, I liked the Nolan films. Until then, he always managed to bring emotions and storytelling together. Since TENET he's lost that. Whether Oppenheimer, Tennet or Dunkirk. None of the characters were half as important to me as Murph.
let them feels release bro. no need hold back emotions or tears. we are beings designed with emotions. its the societal judgement and construct that tells us to supress something natural.
My hollow tin chest ain’t ready. But one day we shall all cry on the channel.. including me.. maybe 😂
@@justUzzy If I didn't mention it already, you get HUGE respect from me just for being potentially willing...! After my first watch of the movie "Inside Out" (when I FIRST noticed that feel-good brain endorphins can actually get released along with tears), a few months later I got the urge to tell a good friend about that experience, and just THINKING about TELLING them that I had been triggered to cry was giving me the most intense butterflies in my stomach of my life (and that's coming from a thrillseeker...but normally of the amusement ride enthusiast variety lol). They knew I had SOME sort of story to tell them, but it took me an HOUR during my visit with them to just START to get the story out, lol! Once I did though, it felt SOOOO GOOD. And led to lots of interesting brain-related sub-conversations and stories on both sides too! Side note: For some reason I again thought of "The Adam Project" which I have NOT yet watched, but have been waiting until I see it myself before seeing your reaction to it... but caved just enough to read your description. THAT made me make sure to bump up that movie to "NEXT" on my personal list of "don't have it yet but want to see it" lol.
For myself (historically at least) it's seemed to be more of an "out of nowhere" predisposition to just feel very awkward letting someone see me do it (actually, I haven't been YET able to let that happen, myself lol!)... or even TALKING about it, at least until ONE point--- get this story of mine: After my first watch of the movie "Inside Out" (when I FIRST noticed that feel-good brain endorphins can actually get released along with tears), a few months later I got the urge to tell a good friend about that experience, and just THINKING about TELLING them that I had been triggered to cry was giving me the most intense butterflies in my stomach of my life (and that's coming from a thrillseeker...but normally of the amusement ride enthusiast variety lol). @@sathvamp1 Interesting 🤔 I will defo look into that & add it on to my list too. Is it the 'Inside Out' by Disney?
@@justUzzy YUP, sort of- it's more specifically "Pixar" (the movie "Inside Out" I'd mentioned) :) I am surprised I haven't suggested it to you already... MAYBE I didn't mention it yet simply because I noticed you don't (yet) have any animated movies on your channel. But if you DO start in on the animated films, try not to judge, because... THEY TOO can be "real killers to the heartstrings" :P
I love this movie, messes with my mind and emotions!
Honestly.. exactly how I felt after watching it. 🔥
