Update: they're still sitting there and the government has now built new roads around this issue
From media reports, both cars are still there and have now mutated into several smaller cars that have blocked off all traffic.
It reminds me of a Dr Suess story, The Zax..
One Zax could only walk north, and another could only walk south. When they met in a field , each refused to alter their course.
They stayed that way for years, even after roads had been built around them.

The parking situation is a Seinfeld episode come to life. 🤣
With one really big exception- the first car had already started backing in, like George did, but in the video, the second car hadn't started pulling into the spot at all. It just pulled up enough so that the first car couldn't back up anymore. So in this situation, the black car was definitely in the right as that car was already partially in the spot. The silver car was just next to it, giving it absolutely no claim to the spot and simply being a jury for the sake of being a jerk. They knew they were wrong, too.
