Hi Pan....... Can you please tell me what "Hose Sprayer" you're using with the "Fan-Pattern"?????? .....btw...."I'm a Pan'A'Maniac"! Great Channel.....!
Yes I agree. It has set the bar for torture tests. But again, that is just ONE of the many criteria that people should look at when purchasing a product. All three of these have their strong points. Plus, it was impressive to see the chemical resistance of the graphene coatings too. Now, spray on coatings that cost 20-35$ car resist chemicals as much as 150-300$ ceramic coatings! It's amazing how far the car care world has come.
In real world conditions, its unlikely your fresh coating would be doused with full strength wheel cleaners and degreasers. The torture test should be interpreted for what it is, chemical resistance after minimum cure time. Chemical resistance does not translate directly to longevity. However, some broad conclusions about longevity can be made if a product will withstand harsh degreasers or fail after minimal washing.
@@PanTheOrganizer Thank you for your videos! How would you compare the protection durability and longevity of Turtle Wax Seal N Shine, versus Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating? It's for a working vehicle, so I care more about the protection durability and longevity than any small difference in aesthetics.
Now this is why I continue to watch Pan TheOrganizer. Always great comparisons that give viewers educational information to help with all of the multiple options of paint protections that are out there. Extremely impressed with Turtle Seal N Shine. For the price, you cannot beat Turtle Seal N Shine. I have all three and happy with all of them. FYI.. Excellent assistant.
TW FOR THE WIN ON PERFORMANCE ALONE! THEN YOU ADD IN THE VALUE PROPOSITION AND IT'S A NO BRAINER! SEAL N SHINE IS STILL UNMATCHED IN THE CATEGORY. TIGHTER BEADS CAN BE HAD BUT NOT UNLESS YOU GO WAY WAY UP IN PRICE! Great job Pan and great job TW!!!
For the price, the no cure time and the lack of being able to prep the paint...turtle wax ice seal n shine. All day long. Hands down is my winner. Thank you Pan for all you do for us on your channel 👍
@@Carlos.Rivera the improved formula is outstanding! I do both of my already cleaned cars in 40 minutes. 1-2 applications a month goes along way in keeping your vehicle looking great!
It’s unbelievable to see how far paint protection has come, from the ease of application to the durability. I appreciate all the hard work put into the video. Keep it up Pan!
Thank you! And yes it's nuts! For 10-30$ you can have a spray on product that's easy to apply and still gives you 6-12 months of protection now, and is super slick and glossy!
This was possibly the best and fairest torture test I’ve ever watched. The fact that Pan washed the residue off in between each test made the test fair. It made sure that chemicals didn’t mix.
Plus one for the technique Pan, but the real problem is how well they resist bird droppings and tree sap and leaf or pollen stains. Pecan and acorn trees are really bad. I have only used TW S&S and its resistance to these outside elements is not very good. It seems leaf stains go completely through the S&S coating into the paint on my 2020 Subaru Forester. Thats a real problem and should become a part of your evaluation. Try it on a white or green car. What’s really superior?
One thing, fresh sealant or wax is extremely hard to remove. Do the exact same test after 3 months of real world driving. Then you’ll quickly see who’s who. 👍🏽
@@dustinteasdale6091 I live in AZ and am finding that amazon's nanobond graphene coating has lasted me 11 months in the BRUTAL sun (so far) without degredation
@@Tallnerdyguy What other products have you tried? I've been using TW for years and been a Seal N Shine user as well on my cars but I've been interested in Adam's Graphene Ceramic Spray coating
@@mujjuman Regardless of all these low end comparisons and tests, I assure you, Adams makes the very best ceramic/graphene product on the market, by a LOT. Go watch project Farm's comparison. The real deal (concentrate; Not the easy spray bottle used in this video) is around $130, but it holds up to everything much better, and much longer than anything on the market.
I highly recommend it. I use it everyother wash and the blue ice spray on wax the other wash super easy wash and dry using a compressor to blow the water off
Just the fact that Seal N Shine gets compared to Coatings like these makes me love it even more. Can’t beat the price, simple application and it looks so good on black!
It actually lowers gloss readings though. So while durable, it doesn’t make my paint shine like many of the others. It’s just down to preference of shine vs long-term protection.
Turtle Wax Seal and Shine is what I use on my vehicles. Especially, my black BMW. I get compliments everywhere I go. The ease of application and removal is next level. The slickness and shine, for the cost, cannot be beaten!
@@Cdawg1871980 Has to be for sure, I put it on a friend's car and it has lasted 8 weeks so far with him using the do it yourself car wash w the pressure washer for his maintenance washing.
This test is one for the books. OUTSTANDING!!! When you see these products standing up against schafer's 266 and an acid based wheel cleaner there not much else to say. Just applied the TWSS "new edition" last night.🙂 Great video pan & Isabel.👍 🇨🇦
@@PanTheOrganizer the question now is how to take them off? compound? Heavy duty waterspot remover? (the chemical guys ones imho takes off any sealant/wax)
Now, remember that Pan talked to the Turtle Wax team and they were formulating a graphene product as well. I cannot wait to see if they'll be able to beat SnS with their new product
I used 303 recently and it was a little more labor intensive than Seal and Shine and I'm not sure if the results are any better. For the price, ease of application, durability and results (in terms of gloss, sickness and shine) I don't see how it could get any better than Turtlewax Seal and Shine.
@@dezcanso1540 exterior glass, of course. Idk about 303, but I have personally used the other two on glass with great results. As with anything on the windshield, make sure you level it well so you don't get a high spot that could obstruct the view.
Up next for the torture tests: actually throwing a kitchen sink for the first round, applying a paint thinner for the next round, and actually stopping bullets (since some graphene coating companies say that’s what it’s good for) for step 3.
In addition to what you said at the end of the video, Pan, in real world durability test we should also take into account UV resistance. Many polymers change their properties and even desintegrate under sunlight (UV light). So this torture test is only part of the real life elements.
Hey pan, so the seal and shine held the best against chemicals, but who do you think gives the best gloss? And if seal n shine held up the best, then wouldn't you think it would last longer than the claims of 303 and Adams?
Chemical resistance doesn’t always equate to long term durability. So although Seal N Shine has superior resistance to chemicals compared with other the other two, both the Adam’s and 303 will actually last longer.
With winter coming and the rock salt being slung around like candy and rock chips getting thrown up on ones car causing rock chips anywhere it hits; one either truly needs very expensive paint protection film applied all over; or even better still have some food grade epoxy coating applied that is typically thin in consistency as maple syrup when applied over ones car's subsurface; now that is very durable protection indeed against any potential rock chips and other potential road debris matter junk that often gets thrown up on ones car during winter typically; food grade epoxy can be typically mixed up with two parts of part A epoxy resin; along with one part of part B epoxy resin hardener; typical working time is 60 to 75 minutes so their is plenty of working time if needed to do the entire front of car, the entire rear of car, the entire left side of car, the entire right side of vehicle for example; now once the food grade epoxy has fully completely cured and hardened in a couple of days; one will truly be fully protected from any potential thrown up rock that typically create far to many rock chips in ones vehicle one ones highways and byways. One can simply use one of those pre-cut suede cloth applicators 4x4 or 6x4 cloths that will actually fit 4 inch or even 6 inch sized foam rubber preformed foam sponge; once one has attached their suede cloth applicator cloths by tucking them into their pre-cut side slits in foam sponge. Apply a minimal needed amount of mixed part A and part B epoxy mixture directly on the pre-cut suede cloth applicator that is backed by the preformed foam block; and simply spread slowly but rapidly the protective poly siloxane on the suede cloth foam block polymer applicator with the thinnest of coatings that can be potentially applied and managed. The results should be quite amazing with no more new scratches appearing on ones vehicle.
Fantastic job Pan like always! The most thorough and intricately detailed car detail channel on the planet!!! I have the new TW seal n shine but haven't used it yet. I use the old formula on my daughter's car and it's Fantastic except for the smell. On my car I have TW hybrid solutions ceramic spray coating and although its Fantastic with slickness scent ease of use and gloss, it hasn't held up as well as seal n shines original formula in my experience. Im gonna coat my entire car twice with the new seal n shine in December for the winter and see how it holds up! Of course I will prep the paint as you instruct for greatest performance 👍 As always Pan is The Man!!! Keep up the best work on the planet earth!
So the acid wheel cleaner is a great topper for Adam's Graphene Coating? 😲🤦♂️ Great comparison, Pan! We know you're not a huge fan of these torture tests but this was cool to watch. And congrats to Isabell for the great camera work!
Heheh thanks JWL! According to some chemists I have spoken with after some torture tests in the past, it seems that some chemicals can alter the surface tension and properties more than others. So one product might look like it's weakened after one round, and after the chemistry changes can look like its restored. More on that in future videos.
Something tells me Turtle Wax isn't sleeping on their laurels and have something planned! Did you watch the interview I had with their chemist a few months ago? Check this out: ua-cam.com/video/maOL4KEsK0c/v-deo.html
@@PanTheOrganizer Well Pan here's my thing... Yes I did watch the interview you did with the R&D guy and Mr. Turtle himself. Now I picked up on them saying something about them doing away with the ICE line-up and only keeping the really good products from that line. NOW... we all know now that SNS had Si02 in it, but wasn't marketed showing the properties of Si02. Now a few years later everyone jumps on the ceramic bandwagon and so, TW comes out with the 2.0 version and says that it has always had Si02 properties in SNS. Soooooooo now that everyone is jumping on the Graphene bandwagon and with your comparison of the two Graphene infused products. I mean honestly what can be said. 303 and TW were match for match.
@@Mr.Jones1983 graphene up until recently was $100/gram. then some crazy guy looked at eucalyptus bark extract and found a way to make it for $1/gram. that guy is my hero for 2020. I think TW uses green graphene for this product but I need to watch the interview on Pan's channel to confirm
How about hitting them with Prep All or Poor Boys Strip Down!! These are 2 of Wax Mode go to for stripping sealants. Thank you for the comparison. A consumer can not go wrong with any of these!!
Thanks for doing this video Pan! We’re living in a time where one can choose something that can be applied so easily from a spray bottle as opposed to paste and liquid waxes/sealants.
I was _rooting_ for the S&S. Maybe because I have 1-1/2 bottles? In real-world use, _these are all fantastic products._ I don't think I'd be able to tell the difference. As a professional, I can see the advantages to Adams with its UV check, and 303's hazing to verify coverage. I think for the home user/weekend warrior, Turtle Wax is off the bang for the buck charts and ease of use. I _love_ S&S. I might give a slight edge to Bead Maker when it comes to gloss and slickness, but it's not nearly as easy, economical or long lasting. 3 great products, they're spoiling us!
Great video once again, thank you. 1-Turtle Wax 2-303 3- Adams All very impressive products. For me 303 for the durability and claimed life of the product.
Perfect test today, Pan.. Great! Would love to see an updated version of the Turtle S&S vs Turtle hybrid ceramic spray coating. I think it's kind of exciting if the Hybrid is even better than S&S!
Pan, it seems there are a lot of products that will last and resist chemicals and other things in the environment. However, what I want to know is what product protects best against micro-scratches from the washing and drying process? While the "touchless" home methods have grown in favor recently, heavy dirt still requires a mitt and two buckets and protection from this process seems to be neglected by you and others. Thanks for another great video!
I think Turtle Wax takes it. The other two held up well...not as well as Turtle Wax. Great test! Thanks for taking the time to capture this and share it with us.
Glad you like them! Welcome to my channel. You discovered one of the biggest car detailing channels on UA-cam as we surpassed 945,000 subscribers and we have over 125 million views! I have been detailing for 26 years and I love to share my knowledge and passion with my viewers. You found the right channel to help you learn everything about detailing.
I'm glad you did this. I comment last week about should I switch from Seal N Shine to Graphine, or put seal N Shine on top and you said not to overuse product. Thanks for the video.
For this Enthusiast getting ready prepping our cars for winter and if it comes back out I will try 303 but will also use seal and shine with no hesitation .THANKS FOR INFO !!!!!!!!
I just applied it to my black Nissan Rouge so I hope it helps. Every time I would wash my car, the next morning it was covered in dust 😠 I live in Vegas.
Just a comment/recommendation, before shaking the bottle, get the spray duct empty. In order to for the shaken chemical get to the microfiber, otherwise you are spraying the one who was already trapped in the duct which may not be well mixed. You can empty it through spraying it inside the very same bottle.
I was thinking that too, you need fresh mixed contents for a test like this, so spray the first 3 sprays into a waste cloth for example. So the results may actually be even better than produced here. But otherwise a very fair test here great job!
Thank you so much Pan for keeping us up to date on the best performing products. It is very nice to know that best products are within reach in retail places like Walmart!
Newcomer. Love these videos. I just purchased all the Adam’s products for the graphene application on my 2024 Tundra and I’m slightly torn. I’ve recently found the therapeutic effects of detailing my own car, but I’m also considering having a professional shop apply the graphene, simply because my wife and neighbors think I’m nuts because I spend so much time cleaning my full size truck 😂. Old school car guy all my life and am happily surprised at the technology advances in car care products. Currently binging on the rest of your videos. Well done!
If we say Seal n Shine is the winner here overall, could we have any other benefit to have the 303 product over seal n shine? Or does it just not make any sense to spend 30 on protection when you can get the same or better for 9? I'd love for you to do a seal n shine car and a 303 graphene car, have it back after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months of normal use and see how they hold up.
the benefit of better protection of waterspotting provided by quality graphene formulas is worth the difference - IMHO- after 3 months on my dd - lexus es350 - the water marks are easily washed off. whether with dr beasleys ceramic body wash, carpro reset, or gyeon bathe essence..... keep that in mind....graphene does have that benefit over all the rest
Hey man. I've watched some reviews and it seems like the graphene products don't have as many problems with waterspotting. A chemical engineer from 303 said the waterspots on their graphene product could be removed with your finger. It also seems like graphene products are easier to apply and SnS tends to leave streaks. So, when it comes to ease of use and maintenance, graphene products COULD be the best choice for the most casual users. Hope this helps
@@andresferrer7628 Appreciate the reply. I've been using SnS since first seeing it on Pan's channel and haven't had the streak issue, application is easier then I was using before. I'd be interested in this water spotting angle though. Pan, can you do a test on this?
Cannot wait to try the new formula of seal and shine. I have been using the old formula for just over a year and it has really impressed me. Easy and practical to use at all times of the year (very important to me , especially the lack of curing time, as an outside detailer in Britain), feels slick, looks great, with good longevity. To top it all, it is reasonably priced too.👍👍👍 Thanks for another honest and informative review, Pan. Top job.👍😎
Fantastic video Pan. Thank you man ! I am genuinely surprised to see the Turtle Wax hold up well for the cheap, economical product it is. Just goes to show that sometimes, the more expensive product isn't necessarily the best. I think there are some products that are really over rated because of the popularity of the Name, but for me, I am very interested in the 303 Graphene and the Turtle wax Ice. Neither are available in Australia yet, of course... That old chest nut !!
I applied 2 layers of SnS to the right side of my car and 2 layers of black ice on the left just for my own tests last month. I went through a strip wash, clay, then mechanical polish on the whole car, then applied as directed. I sprayed SnS on the panel cause I remembered seeing you do so in the original test, and I think that’s why I had some streaks too. But now I’ll know to not do that haha. What I’ve found so far is that I have pretty much identical beading and gloss on both sides. I see some parts of the SnS side with more irregular water beading on the top rear quarter of my car, but nowhere else. I think I may have applied too much, so take that knowing I may have flawed the application. The only difference physical difference is the slickness. Black ice feels like actual silk, where SnS feels slick but noticeably less. If you’re looking for a sealant, look no further than SnS. Best in every category bar none. I wanted to see it vs a high quality “light ceramic”, so I’ll get back in a year after application and drop a comment on how it’s doing.
I want to see how the areas under the tape do:) Great video and appreciate your time doing the test. Just received my two bottles of 303 and ready to use them. Cheers!
Seal and Shine is still the best especially for the price. You can’t beat it. Pan you should try the Turtle Wax Max-Power soap undiluted on these protection. I think this Max-Power can strip some of em.
$eal 💪🏽 & $hine 💪🏽 I know Adams is always good but i was surprised by 303’s performance. Not bad for graphene products that I consider to be in v1.0 still. Very promising for future graphene based products. (until TW comes up with a Graphene based S&S 😳) just imagine that!
Pam, I remember not too long ago when you were doing the Meguiar's Sio2 liquid wax test, the protection were completely GONE by the third torture test. I could feel and hear your voice change in disappointment when all of the protection from the waxes were completely gone. Good to see that literally a year later, we now have products that can survive ALL the torture tests. Another thing I want to add is that these graphene products are by no means new technology. They actually existed in the niche motorcycle and classic car detailing brands that nobody ever heard of. It's just that this graphene technology has now come to mainstream big box Walmart brands like Turtle Wax and 303 as well as Adam's.
Yes I agree, surface protection technology has come a long way! There are still products that fail miserably at these tests, but that doesn't mean they're bad. As I said, there are way more factors to consider when purchasing a product. Not just chemical resistance. Nobody would submit their paintwork to such an onslaught of chemicals. So I see these more as accelerated real life tests, for entertainment purposes as I know a lot of viewers are curious to see how they perform in stress tests.
Hey Pan. Would be great to see you add dust to your tests. In real life, the reason you'd wash your car is because it's dirty and I'd be very curious on how the different products repel dust, if the dust sits, and how easy it'll be to wash&blow off. And thank you for these great video reviews.
I was hoping someone would make a comparison video with these 3 big products. It is amazing how the consumer SNS hangs or is better than some of the big names out there. Definitely an amazing product but so are the other 2 in this video. Great video. Thanks Pan!
If turtle wax seal n shine is this good. Can you imagine what they can do once they incorporate graphene technology into seal n shine. I can picture the label already. TURTLE WAX ICE SEAL N SHINE NEW NEW FORMULA NOW WITH GRAPHENE TECHNOLOGY
If you watch my interview with the Turtle Wax chemist from this summer, you'll have a hint at what's coming... ;). Here: ua-cam.com/video/maOL4KEsK0c/v-deo.html
That's my question. A lot of people pride themselves in their $100 ceramic coatings, but to add 20 minutes to a wash once a year to apply a spray coating with no real skill, for maybe $3 per application with the similar results...seems like a no-brainer.
I say the same thing. I have never had a true ceramic coating and may change my mind with one. With the low cost of Seal N Shine just put it on every month to have a fresh coat on it’s so easy. I’ve even used it as a drying aid and that worked great too!
I’m adding another comment.....while all the products out now perform water beading very well I’d love to see a product that repels pollen from sticking at all. If someone could produce that and they’d never have to work a day in their life again. Lol!!! Also, while I’m sure the water supply is treated, I’d love to see the test with collected rain water that actually hits the car while driving. Since the sun tends to degrade coatings (typically waxes) I wish there was a way to simulate a heat test to see how the coatings hold up or break down under extreme conditions. Thanks again for all you do, Pan 🙂👍🏻
Merci Tony. La bonne chose ici, est qu'il n'est pas difficile de comprendre qu'on vaporise plusieurs produits chimiques différents et voir la résistance de chaque spray sellant au fil des rondes de torture.
I applied 303 Graphene to the very glossy clear-coated 25 year old paint on our '74 Javelin AMX and it absolutely popped. The paint was very shiny before and was super shiny afterwards. Easy to apply, however, it took about 15 minutes to haze in my low humidity, air conditioned home shop. Perhaps I applied too much product. I am veryvimpressed with 303 Graphene. I have used Meguiar's Ceramic Wax and like it, but 303 seems to produce a much glossier shine.
@@omarpatino5936 if washed with in 2 to 3 hrs after use, yes you can. What you don't want it is to harden on the pad, once it hardens the pad is done, no good. Wash after use and you can use on trim, tires etc..
WOW PAN! I swear you did this video for us fans. These products are exclusive! You already KNOW my favorite has been the SnS since you first introduced it to us. Now here we are again. For it to hold up this much and is as inexpensive as it is.. to me still wins. All three are winners but if you're spending less money.. to me that wins because I detail so much anyway. Thnx so much Pan.
My prediction is seal and shine takes everything on chemical resistance. But the spray graphene coatings bring out color depth and gloss that seal and shine won’t beat. I just used the 303 on my daily driver after a wash, slay, and polish and it looks incredible. I’ll be doing my truck before winter, which currently has the turtle wax hybrid ceramic spray.
Yes the gloss and richness that graphene coatings bring to the table is insane. Same goes for the Adam's. Very glossy. This test here was simply a torture test. Hence why I mention at the end that there are way more criteria to pick a product than just chemical resistance. :)
@@PanTheOrganizer I couldn’t agree more. You always mention having these different products available in your Arsenal for different applications. For a person who may take their vehicle to a car wash for maintenance washes, using harsh soaps on a regular bases, a product such as seal and shine with its superior chemical resistance may be ideal. But for myself, I wash using very similar methods and products to the ones you use, and something that prioritizes gloss and depth will greatly benefit me. All these products are valuable in their own way. Thank you as always Pan!
From what I can tell is the AP Ceramic needed at least 4hr’s cure time which he allowed, but Id bet if it went 24hr’s it wouldn’t have started pooling a bit after the acid based cleaner. Great Test none the less!!! Car products have come a long way’s over the last 5 years!!!
So many people marketing 303 graphene but too bad they aren’t prepared to actually get the product out and the excuse is it sold out in 24hrs which was like 2wks ago and they say just get on the mailing list.
You have to understand that my channel is so massive with over 530,000 subscribers and millions watching, that even big companies like 303 can't fully prepare for such demand, as you never know if people might actually be interested by a new technology. This isn't unique to 303, it has happened to other brands when I launch new videos. They sell out in a matter of hours some times, or a few days. But my understanding is that they are working as hard as humanly possible to make a new batch and that should hopefully be available before the end of the month.
You are bitching about supply and demand during a pandemic... yeah all manufacturers are behind. Pretty much to be expected. Amazon and other places have this product all day long and have had for the past two months.
Pan speaks so perfectly! I wish I could speak that well. Thanks for the great comparison. All 3 look really great. Seal N Shine for the win with the great price. So happy they changed the scent to something nice. I don’t know which to compare now. Maybe Griot’s 3 in 1 Ceramic Wax vs Seal N Shine? Can’t remember if you have done those to against each other or not. I guess I should go look through your videos.
Outstanding work I have been a detailer for 25 yrs never thought of doing such a test,as far as product I have been a 303 fan for a few years I would vote for the 303 Graphene . thanks again for the demonstration

Hey Mark! Here at the hospital having lunch now after several therapies with my cousin. Couldn't be earlier, no break. Also, at the same time working remotely and cannot see videos.
@@PanTheOrganizer Je vais bien, merci de demander monsieur. One of my cousins is one of the youngest males in the family from my mother's side. I have basically taught most of my cousins how to walk since I am the oldest of them. He was involved in a traffic light accident that he didn't cause. He was blessed to be alive since a truck slipped due to the slippery road when then traffic light turned red. He was on his motorcycle returning to his home. When he was crossing as well as the car next to him on his right side, the truck hit the car and basically he was protected by it. It could have been worse but still being in a motorcycle he is unprotected. His right leg got broken in 3 parts, 2 broken ribs, shoulder and arm broken besides other bruises. Since only 3 out of 19 cousins remain in Puerto Rico and me being able to work remotely from the hospital, I take turns with uncle and aunt. His wife is pregnant and she didn't know it until after the accident. We don't want to risk her health compromised due to Coronavirus so she can take care of the other 2 kids they have.
I use the Seal N Shine. For about 9 bucks, it is hard to beat. However, I have found that it lasts only about 6 months or so. I am thinking that the 303 may outlast SnS and the fact that it can be sprayed on top of another sealant, makes it worth a try but they sold out so I can't get it right now.
I like doing tests on real world daily drivers, so I can also follow the performance of products over weeks, months and years. Plus that person got a free detail job out of it, so it's a win win.
Turtle wax ice Seal and Shine for the cost as so much upside; it's my choice for a winner in this video comparison. Pan as usual your excellence in auto detailing is appreciated keep it going!
I used the 303 on my 16 Ford Fusion. It made the paint really pop. I was not as happy with 14 Corvette but I’ve not been real happy with most products used on Vette
Try not diluting the degreaser and acid base wheel cleaner. Seal N Shine is the best on the market for its price. Try a heat torture test. Another awesome video pan. Huge fan. You made me gain so much more knowledge when it comes to car detailing.
Howdy Pan! Thanks for an awesome video and review of these 3 products! I agree, TW SnS won with 303 close behind. And with the lowest price point of SnS, makes it even better.
1. SNS 2. 303 3. Adam's All did extremely well however... Was very impressed with 303. Funny thing is it seems like the acid based wheel cleaner somewhat brought the hydrophobic properties back to the products. Outstanding torture test Pan! 👍👍
I coated my brand new 2020 Ford Ranger with SNS and after a month, still performs top notch. I also use it under the hood, on my rims and on all plastic and rubber surfaces. Performs amazingly well on every surface. I paid $9.50 for the bottle and still have a lot left. Hard to beat it for the money and durability. It beats out other ceramic coatings that are $35 a bottle. Not much else to say.
Pan, you hit this one out of the park. Not being there makes it tuff to pick a winner but from what I can see I am in total agreement with you. THE WINNER, TURTLE WAX. Like you said in this demo for the price there is no way you can beat Turtle Wax. My son bought both the Seal and Shine and Spray Wax and just did his 1965 Cobra after a polish and It looks insane. We are both are Optimum users but I got to hand it to Turtle Wax. Crazy stupid gloss and slickness and that's not even mentioning the durability factor that you just demonstrated. Excellent job Pan.
Applied seal n shine old formula last March, wash my car every two weeks with optimum no rinse, last Saturday I went to a manual car wash, I was so impressed that seal n shine is still doing a good beading, will try new formula when I finish my bottle
You mean you will apply a ceramic coating from a glass bottle. Then wait 24 hours with no exposure to rain or water (curing). And then wait two weeks before washing your car. And then you can start using the 303 spray for maintenance. Yes.

Is the sticky wheel cleaner safe on factory coated aluminum wheels?
Finally, someone compared them to Seal & SHine. SnS is a benchmark for chemical resistance IMO for spray on sealants.

Thank you for your videos!
How would you compare the protection durability and longevity of Turtle Wax Seal N Shine, versus Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating? It's for a working vehicle, so I care more about the protection durability and longevity than any small difference in aesthetics.
Loved this comparison! Was wondering if you will be doing a video comparison on the cloths that you use for drying/buffing, etc. Thanks!

This was possibly the best and fairest torture test I’ve ever watched. The fact that Pan washed the residue off in between each test made the test fair. It made sure that chemicals didn’t mix.
I'm glad you thought so Anthony. I try to keep these tests as objective as possible.

Now, remember that Pan talked to the Turtle Wax team and they were formulating a graphene product as well. I cannot wait to see if they'll be able to beat SnS with their new product
I used 303 recently and it was a little more labor intensive than Seal and Shine and I'm not sure if the results are any better.
For the price, ease of application, durability and results (in terms of gloss, sickness and shine) I don't see how it could get any better than Turtlewax Seal and Shine.
Good post also i think 303 is a little tacky.
I think the fact the you can apply 303 over an existing coating makes it a winner to me. But alone, the SnS wins.
Turtle Wax website (Q&A) states SnS can be applied over an existing ceramic coating
Its safe to say you could use all of them as ceramic coating boosters or on a prepped surface.
Can SnS be applied on windows, trim and wheels?
@@dezcanso1540 exterior glass, of course. Idk about 303, but I have personally used the other two on glass with great results. As with anything on the windshield, make sure you level it well so you don't get a high spot that could obstruct the view.

I'm going with 303 on top of current SnS coat cause I can and winter is coming. Last application till at least spring, need 303 back in stock.
I am getting the glassparency graphene coating very soon for my autos, can use the 303 as a topper in the future!!!!!
Its sold out everywhere. Im dying to get it
With winter coming and the rock salt being slung around like candy and rock chips getting thrown up on ones car causing rock chips anywhere it hits; one either truly needs very expensive paint protection film applied all over;
or even better still have some food grade epoxy coating applied that is typically thin in consistency as maple syrup when applied over ones car's subsurface; now that is very durable protection indeed against any potential rock chips and other potential road debris matter junk that often gets thrown up on ones car during winter typically;
food grade epoxy can be typically mixed up with two parts of part A epoxy resin; along with one part of part B epoxy resin hardener; typical working time is 60 to 75 minutes so their is plenty of working time if needed to do the entire front of car, the entire rear of car, the entire left side of car, the entire right side of vehicle for example;
now once the food grade epoxy has fully completely cured and hardened in a couple of days; one will truly be fully protected from any potential thrown up rock that typically create far to many rock chips in ones vehicle one ones highways and byways.
Pan thank you for those little fast forwardings, they’re appreciated!
You should invest in a gloss meter to be more accurate on the gloss shine.

Lmao apparently. I think it took off any residue that might've been left over
So I'm not the only one thinking Adams improved after the acid.
Heheh thanks JWL! According to some chemists I have spoken with after some torture tests in the past, it seems that some chemicals can alter the surface tension and properties more than others. So one product might look like it's weakened after one round, and after the chemistry changes can look like its restored. More on that in future videos.
Ok... i am now convinced that SealNShine has Graphene in it🤷♂️

I like the antistatic properties of the graphene. All the dust and pollen and ash fly right off. (I live in NorCal)

303 is way easier to apply and remove correctly IMO.
@@andresferrer7628 streaks are caused by overapplying - regardless of product preparation is the key.
Cannot wait to try the new formula of seal and shine. I have been using the old formula for just over a year and it has really impressed me. Easy and practical to use at all times of the year (very important to me , especially the lack of curing time, as an outside detailer in Britain), feels slick, looks great, with good longevity. To top it all, it is reasonably priced too.👍👍👍
Thanks for another honest and informative review, Pan.

Technology for car protection has come along way from just wax to these new products. I think for its price point Turtle Wax can't be beat

I know Adams is always good but i was surprised by 303’s performance.
@@PanTheOrganizer what I was interested for you to cover was the gloss test of these products.
Hey Pan. Would be great to see you add dust to your tests. In real life, the reason you'd wash your car is because it's dirty and I'd be very curious on how the different products repel dust, if the dust sits, and how easy it'll be to wash&blow off. And thank you for these great video reviews.

Seal and Shine is awesome, affordable and long lasting shine, so easy to use. Da Bomb!
At this point why even bother with real ceramic coatings ?
Longevity.
I guess if you're looking for longevity but that can vary greatly from brand to brand. The spray sealants seem to be easier to work with and reapply.
I wonder how these hold up to lots of mechanical abrasion like snow and salt
I’m adding another comment.....while all the products out now perform water beading very well I’d love to see a product that repels pollen from sticking at all. If someone could produce that and they’d never have to work a day in their life again. Lol!!! Also, while I’m sure the water supply is treated, I’d love to see the test with collected rain water that actually hits the car while driving. Since the sun tends to degrade coatings (typically waxes) I wish there was a way to simulate a heat test to see how the coatings hold up or break down under extreme conditions. Thanks again for all you do, Pan 🙂👍🏻
Bonjour Pan
I applied 303 Graphene to the very glossy clear-coated 25 year old paint on our '74 Javelin AMX and it absolutely popped. The paint was very shiny before and was super shiny afterwards. Easy to apply, however, it took about 15 minutes to haze in my low humidity, air conditioned home shop. Perhaps I applied too much product. I am veryvimpressed with 303 Graphene. I have used Meguiar's Ceramic Wax and like it, but 303 seems to produce a much glossier shine.
Turtle wax is the winner!
Seal and shine is the best spray wax for the money. Absolutely win for turtle wax
Hey Pan. Those square gray block applicators, can they be washed and reused or are they one time use? Thanks.
Wash and reuse
I've questioned this as well being that products have sio2. Can they really be washed and reused????
@@omarpatino5936 if washed with in 2 to 3 hrs after use, yes you can. What you don't want it is to harden on the pad, once it hardens the pad is done, no good. Wash after use and you can use on trim, tires etc..
Yes, wash immediately after use, and reuse them.
In the end turtle wax seal and shine spray still standing tall with those new boys in town. Turtle ceramic spray wax still #1 😜
TW for me. Thanks Pan. I do like the 303 as well with direct sunlight application and that you can use it as topper for pretty much any product.
They need to make body armor out of seal and shine
Lol
Hi Pan can you do an ultra simple polish for a beginner to start with and explain the steps?
I already did, here: ua-cam.com/video/X2qjO5xZZ2E/v-deo.html
My prediction is seal and shine takes everything on chemical resistance. But the spray graphene coatings bring out color depth and gloss that seal and shine won’t beat. I just used the 303 on my daily driver after a wash, slay, and polish and it looks incredible. I’ll be doing my truck before winter, which currently has the turtle wax hybrid ceramic spray.
@Bobby D It sold out within the first 24 hour of release!!
Thanks for the kind words Robert. I haven't tested the Griot's Garage yet.
Who else thought the tape was go faster stripes 👀
+10 hp per tape strip
LOL !!
Outstanding work I have been a detailer for 25 yrs never thought of doing such a test,as far as product I have been a 303 fan for a few years I would vote for the 303 Graphene . thanks again for the demonstration
Thanks for the positive feedback David! You have to watch my latest torture test. We went waaaaaay beyond craziness here: ua-cam.com/video/Fq_XeI28Vso/v-deo.html
Humberto? 👀
Hey Mark! Here at the hospital having lunch now after several therapies with my cousin. Couldn't be earlier, no break. Also, at the same time working remotely and cannot see videos.
@@1stfrompuertorico568 No explanation needed-enjoy the video.
I hope you are doing well Humberto, what ever it is you are going through.
Holly crap Pan, I can’t believe you did this test on a car , rather than a test panel . You da man .
Great video, I just started using the 303, it's good stuff, removes all swirl marks.
I’m a die hard of TW Ice S&S. No doubt it’s the winner of all times but I will surely use 303 Graphene as a topper. Cheers Pan!
Have found the Improved S&S to be tremendous as a finish coat in the engine bay. Still beading after a long Maine winter.
1. SNS
2. 303
3. Adam's
All did extremely well however... Was very impressed with 303. Funny thing is it seems like the acid based wheel cleaner somewhat brought the hydrophobic properties back to the products. Outstanding torture test Pan! 👍👍
I noticed the same thing!
Wow, impressive. SnS for the price and ease of use.
I just bought the 3o3 to put on after I do the ceramic coat. Is that ok ?
You mean you will apply a ceramic coating from a glass bottle. Then wait 24 hours with no exposure to rain or water (curing). And then wait two weeks before washing your car. And then you can start using the 303 spray for maintenance. Yes.
