There is nothing more that I would LOVE to do than to be good at showing how to make meals. Lol. I grew up obsessing over the Food Network and would make my brother pretend watch my show. But as far as actually filming and editing it it’s SO HARD 😫🤣

How did you get the kiddos into their own beds/rooms? Last i watched yall were still bedsharing and we are doing that too but my boys are 2 and 3 and I'm looking for any tips on transitioning 😊 so gratefuo to see your lil familia growing and thriving! I adore your home schooling style as well 😍we're hoping to move as well bc we live in Az where we cant take our lil ones out in the heat half the year sadly but dont know where to start moving forward to a new state
So for us, it almost felt a little bit miraculous. As soon as we moved into our new house we told Luna that in order to really put up all of her decorations that she would need to sleep in her bedroom before we would start making her room specifically just for her otherwise it would have just been sort of a playroom and immediately that first night she decided that she wanted to be in the room by herself. And a few days later Cualli saw that she was doing that, and therefore he also just straight up, decided to sleep in his own room as well. Honestly, I thought that it was going to take a lot longer and that it was going to be a lot more work. 🤣 I really just lucked out. Haha.
@JenRiveraBell that's amazing! I guess we just have to help them be ready, really. My boys are now in a bunk bed that my step mom gave me when I wad pregnant with my first 5 years ago, and they're still across the room from me but eventually when we have the space will be in a separate room. I'm just so glad to have space in my bed, lol! Thank you for your advice, I'm so glad it was a seamless transition for you :) much love ❤️
Jen, is it too personal to ask more or less how much it was to build your own home? Perhaps you've consider making a video on it?
Do your kids sleep on their own?? How did you get them to do that? (Sorry if you’ve always addressed this)
They do! They both sleep in their own rooms and dude I am more amazed than anyone. Hahaha. So they both bed shared (all four of us have slept in the same bed since they’ve been born) and once we moved into our new house we told Luna (6) “If you have your own room you can sit in bed and stay up reading” That’s all it took. 🤣😂 She’s a little book worm and so she ran with us. For our bed time routine we do baths, hair brushing, teeth brushing and then Zac and I split up and he reads to Cualli (4) in his room(Cualli’s got about 4 books in hun before he passes out)and Luna and I will read our read aloud on the couch. Once Lu and I are done I will tuck her in bed, say our gracias and she will stay ip reading for another hour or more sometimes. We start reading at 7:30. Cualli is the one who I’m most surprised with. Once he saw that Luna was sleeping in her own room he just said “I wanna sleep in my own room too” and Zac and I just kinda took it as him wanting to be like Luna but he actually stuck with it.
