Just put a needle through the hole where the little bead was. That is the end where the straw was attached. Test it out and see if it is started spraying. I did it and it worked out for me. Did not have to open the when thing. Thank you for the video 😊

Thank you for this video. My bottle got knocked off of the counter and landed right on the nozzle without the cap on, and it wouldn’t work. It saved me from having to buy another product when this bottle was already full.
Seeing how the mechanism works was helpful. I can't take mine apart, the can is pressurized, and now I know the hollow tube that's broken on the outside, can't be pulled out from the outside and replaced. So I'm gonna have to Macgyver something to make it spray again. The can is 3/4 full!

My two nozzles does not have in that little ball and they won’t work at all. Liquid is being pulled up but it isn’t getting to the actual nozzle to spray out. Nice video though, it is the only one that gave me hope.😂

I think I have lossed it..after fix all parts without tiny ball it's didn't spray..after saw ur video I noticed tiny ball is missing now I fix using another tiny ball in spray bottle now it's spraying.. My spray nozzle won’t spray. The mechanism is fine. I have another spray bottle I took the first cap off (it doesn’t fit the top but it allowed me to test. It’s just the cap part that’s clogged. I’m soaking in hot water. Idk how to get it to work. I’m trying but it’s like it’s stuck.
Try to use tiny steel ball bearings, probably available at bike workshops.. that bearing ball is crucial and I almost lost it twice... it's transperancy is main problem.
@@narendrachavda6790 I'm not sure if that is possible. In my spray bottle, it is transparent Spherical Ball and I lost it while opening the nozzle assembly. So .. you have to check with product.. and it's assembly.
Some sprays use different Mechanism to pump like high pressure inside the bottle. The nozzle cap will be sealed carefully to not release the inside pressure. You might have leaked out the pressure inside the bottle. I'm guessing that the product is beyond repair. Can you share links for this product, will check if can suggest you to do something about it?

Easier way… fixed mine by removing the nozzle then the pipe, and then put the rest in hot water then it worked for me 🎉 pump it a couple times in the hot water good as new
this was helpful...i found out my spray bottle doesn't have the black rubber but has a lock to keep the nozzle and spring in place....i had to remove it bcoz it was too thick that prevents the spray from sucking water... thanks !
@@harshitha8088 my bottle has a different design, i did not have the black rubber but in its place is a lock(white in color)... if you need a black rubber you have to find a something to take its place.or maybe your bottle is like mine.. disassemble it and find eahc piece that matches the one in the video. i figured out i do not need the lock(black rubber) after all

When you release the nozzle after pressing it, the rubber ring inside the chamber pushes up this creating pressure which sucks the water up in the chamber. Now when you push the nozzle down again, the ball blocks the hole so that the water in the chamber does not go down in the bottle, instead gets pushed up through the nozzle.

For me the cap would not spring back up no matter what I'd do. In my case the plastic disk holding the whole assembly on top of the bottle became super soft (for some reason) and the whole thing just slipped through it. Meaning when I pressed on the cap, the whole thing just came down and wouldn't go back up. I took out the plastic disk with the hole in it, and cut out a similar disk from an old credit card, then with a drill and a knife I made a similar hole in it. Pushed that janky disk with a lot of force back onto the nozzle assembly and when the bottle is screwed on, it actually holds it in place and the nozzle doesn't slip through. Now the nozzle springs back up and its working again.

I am unable to remove the spring, what can I do?
For me the cap would not spring back up no matter what I'd do.

Meaning when I pressed on the cap, the whole thing just came down and wouldn't go back up.
