AMD is more power efficient. AMD processors have better price to performance ratio and it is best suited for gaming....Intel is better for work related stuff like 3D modelling and rendering.....so choose accordingly

I don't think you need more then 16 gb ddr4 or ddr5 Ram except you are playing in 1440p or 4k graphics. Better watch youtube videos on ram repair or software (driver) update.
