Every party in our neighborhood always plays September. I decided for my wedding to play this, all my friends got a giggle. I always joked I would play this if I got married and I finally did in May.

My friend sent me a TikTok meme that featured this song and the animation from the original video. The edit was so well done that I thought it was a Japanese cover of September. A few hours of searching later, I had realized it was a mashup of two different songs and the Japanese one was from a show called Macross Delta. I am now currently in the process of getting the entire Macross series. Who knew a one-off meme was going to balloon into this because of a really good song.
Ever since I heard this way back when it was released, I have this thing where I would listen to this song at least once a day every day of September. Been keeping the tradition strong all these years.
Good thing I decided to look for this lost masterpiece once more before the prophesied night would arrive. Thank you for your service, also I can't wait to experience the 9/21 version •ᴗ•
