The reason Eren couldn't transform was essentially hesitation because he still can't fathom that Annie is the enemy. It's like Hange said some episodes ago, Eren probably needs goal/motivation to transform. And a part of Eren still sees Annie as his friend and comrade. Also why he hesitated in the ending when he saw her cry. He probably sympathizes with her, despite the fact that they're currently enemies.
That ippiki no korosu freaked me the hell out man. Loving how much more invested you are getting in the story and the characters, it is a joy to watch. Don't worry if you are feeling a little lost or don't have any answers yet, it's perfectly normal at this point and ounce you'll get more and more information it will all fall into place.
Scenes of them being stuck in the tunnel were interspersed with scenes of the night before of them sitting calmly at the table discussing the female titan. They didnt tell us specifically that it was cutting back and forth cause they assumed we could tell that they were completely different scenes. So when you were saying it doesnt make sense why he's acting like it might not be her even though he saw her turn, he hadn't seen her turn yet when he said that, those scenes were from the previous night
Your reactions are always a nice watch! I understand that Eren seems to be illogically unwilling to transform at first glance, but that's not actually the case. Imagine you had a good friend since many years and suddenly you get to know that she is actually a serial killer who has not only killed loads of people but is also a part of a gang (the Titans) who are the reason behind the death of your mother and thousands of other people. You probably won't want to believe that either. He's in plain denial. That is, until he remembers Mikasa's words “The world is cruel.” and also recalls his mom's death. Up until now there hasn't been any hint that Eren does have romantic feelings for Annie, so that was just Mikasa behind skeptical about it. No, Annie didn't tear across the wall. It's dozens of feet wide, we've already seen people walking on it working with cannons and what not. That titan was indeed within the wall. Maybe your patrons have already mentioned it but there is a trend among reactors to watch a few extra episodes after finishing Season 1. Those are : - No Regrets OVA (2 episodes) [Levi's backstory; you'll love it if you like the character] - Ilse's Notebook OVA [the only other interesting OVA; it's a good watch] - Attack on Titan in 9 minutes [A UA-cam video which is a funny parody of Season 1 and has millions of views. It was created by an OG animé UA-camr named Gigguk. It's really damn funny.] If you liked Season 1, you've barely scratched the surface. When you finish the series, you'll definitely be calling this out as a masterpiece. Hope you don't get spoiled, because the potential of this show getting spoiled even by an image or thumbnail is huge. I didn't even realise Annie was the Female Titan until Mikasa called her out lol, so that was a surprise. But afterwards along the line I got spoiled twice because of how this show blew up on social media that every other post on Twitter/Instagram showed the same manga panel & by the time I reached that point in the show, I already knew what was going to happen. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to Season 2.

Es increíble lo que puede conseguir Armin con la poca información que tiene. En términos de inteligencia y capacidad de tomar decisiones acertadas, está muy por encima del resto. El MVP de la emboscada.

So the moment they were showing Armins "evidence" or rather his hunches about Annie being the female titan, that was a flashback before trying to lure her down the steps underground and before Armin confronted Annie requesting their help. I hope that makes sense Edit: Also, there is a spin-off show called Attack on Titan: Junior High, which is a comedy, parody of the show, with all of them being in high school. In one episode, it's implied that Annie has a crush on Eren and vice versa, but more so Annie than Eren. This could relate to how Eren not being able to transform could be influenced as he wasn't ready to fight her. Although it's also more likely he was still in denial about Annie being a traitor after showing him on "how to fight"
