Movie idea, kid didn't die in Bobby's pool. The Babylon guy serial killed the kid and placed him in Bobby's pool. Then Bobby moves the kid to Babylon guy's pool. Bobby feels guilty but Babylon guy is pissed because he knows Bobby is fucking with him, now Bobby has serial killer attention and the game is on.

Same in Australia, had yo put a pool fence around my outdoor spa even though it's in a fenced off backyard and down the road on government land are two large dams open to public without a fence. Lefty logic!
