Japan is a gorgeous place, it's not hard to have fun in Japan or find interesting things to do in Japan. I'm sure lots of people would appreciate a vlogger recording themselves exploring the streets and going shopping or something rather than whatever this is.
I’ve watched many japan vlogs for no reasons and people have always been so respectful of everything, and just vlog to different shops and places they’re going. and if they’re not sure of something, they’ll ask someone.
Same. I'm half Japanese, and even though at first the levels of respect Japanese have culturally can be overwhelming, it's what makes Japan special and should be respected too. This was just painful, there's SO much you can do in Japan, so much to be able to make exciting content with, without having to be disrespectful or to be a jerk. This is the reason why countries like Japan tend to feel uncomfortable around foreigners.

I went to Japan once back in 2018 and the people there was so nice and respectful. It’s one thing to make a bad impression on the younger generation but to the elders!? That’s messed up.

I was in Japan two weeks ago and unfortunately stumbled across Logan Paul. He was at a Buddhist temple in Tokyo and being horrible. He and his goons were wearing kimonos and running around at the Senso-Ji Buddhist temple. They were yelling, jumping off of walls, and interfering with people trying to pray. At one point Logan threw a few yen (pennies) into a collection receiver, referred to it as a wishing well, and made fun of the people standing right there praying. He also made fun of their cleansing ritual. Much of this disrespect was posted to the video "KICKED OUT OF JAPAN! (i'm sorry)". He is clearly NOT sorry. If these antics took place at a church in the US there would be outrage over just that. The suicide video is surely horrible, but only part of how badly he behaved in Japan. As an American traveling in a foreign country, I was mortified and embarrassed to be anywhere in the vicinity.
Its unfortunate how much influence just a few dumbasses who the lack the common sense to understand tourists are guests of the country they visit can have.

I was in Japan while he was there too, I was there to see my host family that I haven’t seen in a couple of years and he was all over the news and on the news they were saying how much of a disrespectful, and arrogant guy he is.

Unfortunately, they don't, they shouldn't be exposed to such behavior. I hope so as well, even at thirteen, I had come across PewDiePie but at that time, he wasn't as bad. (this was 2012, when he was fairly alright.) I also grew out of him. Hopefully, those kids who watch him, realize that how he acted is not how you act.
What he did was not a mistake; a mistake is unintentional. If he had brain cells, he would've NOT posted it.

He's an obnoxious kid, but nothing more than that. All of the mistakes he's shown have been testimony to this. He doesn't know how to show respect and to pipe it down. I see Logan as a guy who just wants to have fun _all the time._ But that shit doesn't sit well with everyone. People have lives and important, serious issues taking place in their reality, he needs to learn to understand and respect that. Like _actually_ respect it, not just say he will and then YOLO shit.
Logan's a young guy who wants to have fun, and _make_ other people have fun with him. That's how I see it. His life at the moment consists of "thinking with no regrets" and ... obviously that's wrong.
