Movement based CORE development

- In my past I never did isolated core training but still had considerably developed and well-rounded abdominals.
This was all thanks to flow movement training and martial arts. It's impossible to perform versatile whole body movements without some level of core tension.
It stabilizes and connects the entire body and works as a myo-fascial bridge that transfers forces between the limbs.
This stability is very dynamic in that it has to constantly adapt to the changing angles and positions of the body. Hence why movement training develops a very complete looking abdominal armor.
Abdominals, obliques and the deep parts of your core are stimulated effectively inside out often without you even noticing it.
Abdominal exercises are useful but if you want to have the ultimate functional core you should incorporate movement training into your repertoire.
All grade schools should teach that. No equipment needed. And most importantly, fun 😊
Please create videos of all those movements you used to do and how to do them in the correct form
This seems like a lazy comment. Check his old videos and start! Don't wait for him to make a video for you. Start today instead! Try, explore and have fun with it
Lifting up your shirt up was like unsheathing a sword.
You have the best core muscles I've ever seen. A nicely developed sheath of muscle.
Amazing
Ok give us a guide 6o the best movement exercises to do
If you don’t mind my asking, how do you incorporate the animal movements into your training? And which ones did you feel worked your core the most? Thanks for your time and consideration, if you get the chance to read this.
Those obliques are popping out like crazy!

Yes but whats the routine..repeat and schedule..type of movements to do exactly?..and how long to achieve..i.e intensity etc
his core blinded me when he lifted his shirt.
It is great you found YOUR method. Now, to be realistic and honest, perhaps some may also click with this METHOD. Yet, what would be most important, would be the PRINCIPLE behind the method for developing strong and functional abdominal muscles, that could be applied to ALL METHODS, no matter the actual method. But continuing to sell METHODS as Principle, is a recipe for confusion and chaos. From time to time, we need a remainder of PRINCIPLES and not methods only.
ultimately whatever you did worked your abs the only ways abs can work: contraction for Strength, Cardio for Fat burning. You movements did both that's all. Don't shun the basics.
Hi, your video „20 Intense Abs Workout“ on UA-cam shows that you did some abs training like crunches etc. in the past. So do you no longer recommend them now?
I meant „20 Intense Abs Exercises“
My guess is that they were done after he already had abs from doing the animal movements.
we all evolved, he used what he knew and adapted to what he felt work better for him. It might be a good idea to do crunchs and such to get a "Core base" then stick and progress with animal movement. For myself i just started so take that with a grain of salt ;) keep on moving my guy and gale !
Dont forget genetics…not all people can get their abs out…
It is all about diet man let us know what do you eat? I have been doing animal movements for a year and no gain in shape the diet is the key
Which movement would you recommend to start with if we are talking about an absolute beginner who is used to sitting most of the day due to a desk job?
I've noticed that my mobility has become really bad, my limbs are quite stiff and even small movements hurt.
I wanna remedy it but most movements are so uncomfortable due to pain, I'm not sure how I can start without being so uncomfortable that I'd just stop again.
I should mention that I have terrible plantar fasciatis. It makes even walking a pain.
Lol , don't waste your time and money
Dude wants us to run around like a horse girl. 😂
One punch man S class hero dogman
Exactly this is most natural movements used by gorillas and chimpanzee which makes them shredded and ripped strong
You need space for that

Whats your diet like?
Wahre Worte. 👍🏻 Danke für deine vielen, tollen Videos über all die Jahre.
it's true when i did parkour my abs were always looking like a washboard
How do you progress with the different animal movements.
E.g. how long or far do you need to bear walk a day before starting a new animal movement?
Movement....
You don't get any result from your ideas,
because you don't move. . .but just think.
Best is calisthenics static skills & some dynamic core exercises & skills like v sit l sit dragon flag etc & do compound movements ,ladnmine roatations
Really good and I agree! I prefer to make primal movements animal movements 🎉
I believe that he has natural ability . This idea is great; but every one is different!

Finish shaman calling äncient spirits and becoming avatars of different animals, seems legit. I start to do those in next year training, as warm ups thx.

What I think about she might be right about that I think about my cat she has abs
I look like an animal because I trained like one 😂🐅
Great idea that was very intelligent thing to do
Genetics also matters some people can't develop decent muscle even if the train more than you
Everyone can develop muscles. Doesnt matter about the genetica
@@samadbaksh am totally agree with you am talking about genetics also plays a major role of building fast and good muscle
@@samkaithwas7779 yes the length of time may be quicker or slower depending on genetics but everyone can. Some people can gain muscles easily and some people take time. Thats why people take steriods because some people find it tougher than others
Genetics play a role in appearance that many body builders complain about. There's different density that may affect you with twitch fibers vs endurance fibers. You have a mix of both. It just means you are naturally advantageous with sprinting vs marathons. The body is adaptive and can change under different stresses.
that's pretty cool
So I've seen some of your videos in Dubai. Where do you train?
