- Join me for treasures at Cole's Antique Show in Warrenton, Texas during the "Round Top Antiques Fair". Fabulous glass and cut crystal await! We will visit with Edward Sawicki of Memories Antiques as he shares his vast knowledge of antique glass. It's like a museum tour from the Gilded Age. We will visit his dish room with space to create the perfect place setting. Lace and linens are a sweet surprise, along with Victorian napkin rings. Estate jewelry dazzles, with a royal connection. My favorite categories are well represented with china, silver, and crystal. Too much to mention at this amazing show. It's packed full of beautiful finds, including Victorian lamps and chandeliers. Sip some tea and join me!

I’m so impressed with vendors that transport these delicate breakable items. We’re fortunate to have vendors willing to make the effort in today’s flat box world.
The vendors work tirelessly to showcase their wares across the country. Respect.
Far too expensive for me, but truly appreciate the share, thank you 👍!
Not only are your videos fascinating, but so soothing by your voice as well.
I appreciate your kind comment. 😘
I’ve heard so much about this famous antique show, thanks for taking me along!!!
I could spend an entire day soaking in all the stunning items at this Antique show. How many hours did you spend inside the show? What a wonderful gift you received. I am sure it will hold a special place in your home. Thank you for sharing this amazing tour with us.

The red Fostoria “American” was a first for me, too. It was short-lived and made 1982 - 1986. We arrived in your beautiful state of Florida today. Praying for everyone with Tropical Storm Nicole coming this way. We might have to move inland. 🙏🏻
@@LadyMaryBeth heck of a time for a callab friend ! !!! Lol someday ! Be safe.....🔔🎄☕
@@MyTakeOnHomeGarden Would love to film with y’all someday. Stay safe with Tropical Storm Nicole. Looks like it will be a hurricane. We are on the Gulf Coast in Mexico Beach.
The Sinclair epergne was stunning...actually. all the crystal in the that building is just a sparkeling marvel!!!
Absolutely beautiful! I loved it all!❤😊

Absolutely Lady Mary Beth❤️
Absolutely love your videos. I’d say this is the topper !!
Dear Lady Mary Beth, I love when you take us shopping with you. We get to see beautiful things that we would never see. Thank you so much. Wow, what a wonderful gift that you received. I was looking at it before you told us it was a gift and I was thinking, what a beautiful plate. You bless us, and now you received a blessing that you so deserve.
That was a amazing trip. Thank you for sharing with us. Stay safe and have a blessed day my friend 👍.
Happy Sunday, Belinda! We need a shopping spree at this antique show. 🛍
There is so many beautiful glassware...I would of bought that red punch bowl set...I like to buy rare pieces that you normally don't see all the time...thank you for taking us shopping.
Thank you so much for your comment. 😊 The Houston Glass Show and Sale is coming up this month. Hope to share on the channel.
This is the type of show to do serious pocket damage and have no regrets. The textile booth was Lovely! 🥰
Thank you for sharing this today. How sweet that a vendor gifted you the Limoges plate, it’s beautiful 😍. I could look for hours on end at all the glass and China.
Put the Spring show on your calendar. You would love the Round Top antiques week. ❤️
So many beautiful pieces thx for taking us along.
Wonderful - we had a small earthquake here in Turkey last week - unfortunately my shelves took a shaking and I lost over 20 pieces of glass, crystal and china. I consoled myself when I found a single Bohemian cobalt blue cut crystal wine glass at an antiques market at the weekend!
Wow!!! So many beautiful pieces!!
What a great video. Everything was so beautiful. Loved the roses plate they gifted you. They must have really appreciated your visit there. I have a few rose plates on my bedroom wall.
Thank you for showing and teaching us the different crystals, colors, plates.
Beautiful, stunning pieces and collections - always love the history background you share with us. I honestly can't comment on any one item because each time you moved to the next area - it was another showstopper. Thank you, Lady Mary Beth and everyone involved in sharing these pieces with all of us.
You will love knowing that Edward’s sister, Mary Beth, was also there to help him with the show. We need a “Mary Beth” meet-up.
@@LadyMaryBeth How special - I love that idea :)))
Over the top and brilliant!!! 🤩
Beautiful show. Wish I were there. Thanks!
What a joy to see all of the beauty from yesteryear. My Portuguese in-laws had the large looms to weave linen and I was able to see the plant turned into thread and put on the loom. It was the custom to make sheets with the child’s initial. I have my husbands set but I can’t imagine anyone sleeping on such an uncomfortable sheet.
Lamps 😍🙂
Fun to see all the fancy stuff, but I prefer your thrift store shopping and estate sales which actually have things I can afford.
Shows like these give us an opportunity to learn about treasures we can later find while thrifting.
what a feast for the eyes. Thank you for showing us. Of course I loved the American brilliant cut glass crystal pieces, and pitchers. If you don't have one, you need american brilliant cut glass to add to your lovely collection.
The presentation here is outstanding. It adds so much to the appeal of the wonderful antiques. The gold-rim glasses are stunning and would be perfect on an Art Deco drinks trolly! Love the condiment set. Who can live without cruet? X
Now, we all need an antique cruet set with a syrup pitcher. The cut glass ice-cream
dishes are a must have. Channeling my ancestors, prominent in New York in the Gilded Age. Yes, you would have loved those contemporary gold banded glasses. They are now in a New Orleans antique shop waiting for a new table to grace.
@@LadyMaryBeth always a beautiful adventure laced with charming inspiration x
Love looking at the beautiful items, nice change from GW thrift channels.
Wow I could camp out in that store! Some amazing items in there ! Thanks for the video ❤
JADEITE!!! 💚💚💚💚💚
Oh LMB very rarely am I lost for words, but looking at all these beautiful things has left mesmerised, never have I seen such a fabulous array of quality in ages if ever and all under one roof, I really can’t pinpoint a single area that I loved more than the other, many thanks for taking me on this trip with you. As always best wishes from UK.
Hi Lady Mary Beth, Loved the fall show, but was disappointed not to see any "bittersweet" featured!!! Loved your vendor gift, beautiful!!!!
Thanks for showing these amazing treasures.
Glad you like them!
On my bucket list, I’m from Roma, Texas
I would have loved the napkin holder with my name on it, reminds me of my mother’s hand writing. Thanks for sharing these beautiful things with us.
Wish I could have purchased it for you. ❤️
Absolutely EVERYTHING you pointed out was so intriguing and beautiful! I have a Fenton milk glass lamp in the ‘Gone with the Wind style that I treasure. So many of those lovely lamps in her collection! Thank You for bringing as all along one day perhaps I might visit that fabulous venue 😊
Hi Mary Beth! You always take us to the most interesting places. Always fun and wonderful. Thank you!😊
Stunning pieces and collections, thank you for taking us along! From Brazil.
What a magnificent show! My heart raced seeing all the exquisite glass and china. Good thing I'm nowhere close, I'd be too tempted to buy too much.
Really enjoyed this video, thanks so much 🥂
Oh my! I really am going to have to go to one of those shows sometime. Will only need to take enough cash on the trip to eat as I don’t need to buy. But to be able to see and admire all of it. No not technically art but the skill of the craft work? Well oh my is the only suitable expression
Loved loved this show ..so many beautiful items ..that was a fantastic gift .. can't wait to see where you are taking us next. .
Perfect viewing for a lazy Sunday afternoon! Or any time!
What a wonderful show - each booth and collection and display more impressive than the last with beautiful things if all styles and prices. I particularly enjoyed the beginning with so many rare and/or large pieces that you just don’t see anywhere else. Simply exquisite beauty everywhere! And in “unicorn” complete sets!
I found a favorite in every corner you shared with us. Funnily enough, the one thing I can’t get out of my mind isn’t the glassware at all, but is, instead, the James Avery geometric pattern necklace and bracelet at 28:05. When I think of how much use could be made of those pieces, it makes the price more than reasonable.
I also saw the two gorgeous panels made of colored bone at 30:20 and gasped then willed you to show them a bit closer. I have no place for those (as most of us don’t) but they made my heart flutter!
Lastly, I loved the both the large silver candle holders at 29:35 and the ones with the sweet little birds at the base at 16:20.
So many treasures!! I think I’ll watch this one a few times because there’s just so much to see!
Thank you for taking us here!
Jaw dropping!! Nice that Webb got a mention. Out of all the stunningly fabulous pieces, the set of Fiesta turquoise bowls sticks out in my mind - how did they do that? Fiesta is every day use and not cosseted/cared for like many of the pieces.
the Texas necklace that you're is great. Tell us more about it. You're a true Texas girl
It’s a China Baroque creation from a Lenox “Riverwalk” plate. Totally Tikaa, a Texan living in Brenham, designed this pattern for Lenox.
Great video! Is your bracelet made from the ladies that repurpose broken china? It is a showstopper!
@@kimbrown7868 Yes, the bracelet is also made from the Lenox “Riverside” pattern. Totally Tikaa designed the pattern. Small world, she is a Round Top personality.
I love the time and effort you put into each and every video you produce 😃 You are a wonderful teacher! Your passion towards educating us is apparent in every video 💝 You are a "unicorn" on You Tube to me 💎 I feel like I'm on a tour when I watch your videos, magical!
I appreciate you so much! 😘
I wish if I could move with you in such a beautiful place
A real feast for the eyes, such exquisite pieces... Thank you Mary Beth for sharing your visit! (I only wish the video had a longer duration) ☺
What lovely things! I always wonder where they came from, and what their stories are! Thank you! 💐
Mary Beth, do you have a segment on the care and cleaning of crystal?
Great shopping trip!! Fantastic high end pieces and info🧐 loved the lace!
And thanks for the mention and sharing the “American” colors at the end 💜
Great video 🎉 made my week ❤️🥰
Had you seen the red Fostoria “American” previously? It was short-lived, made from 1982 - 1986. ❤️
@@LadyMaryBeth I had not, it is beautiful! Thank you for sharing 🥰 You are such a positive influence in my life.
I want to do something for you!!
Thank you so much for taking us on a tour of this antique show with such beautiful things. I wonder if you could let me have the web-site of the lady with the linens - the exquisite christening gowns! I have several large antique dolls and I'm always looking for dresses, etc. for them. She's in Pennsylvania and I'm not too far away in New Jersey!!
Contact Christina at 610.858.5934.
I could have spent hours with the linens. She has lovely and rare pieces.
Oh my goodness!!! Look at all of that crystal and tableware. I would be absolutely dangerous at one of those antique shows or malls you go to. I want it all!! Thank you for sharing with us.
We have the Roseville angel Jardiner and we paid 600 for 1 ,great stuff.
Please give us a heads up at least 5 months so I can visit next year.....I will be working overtime for this event.✈
Will share the date when they announce.
Hi Mary Beth in this video at 33.39 you show three pieces of crystal. Can you tell me anything about the small pitcher on the left ? Thank you
Watched to see the pitcher you mentioned. It’s actually an FTD crystal pitcher! This was the vase for a special floral arrangement offered in their assortment. I see this everywhere and it’s not valuable.
@@LadyMaryBeth Thank you for your time. I love watching your videos. I love crystal and you have taught me a lot. Thanks again
Knowing you are passionate about Waterford, I found the Waterford golfer figurine in Michigan for $6, so exciting!
Such a deal! I remember when the golfer was introduced in the mid-90’s. ⛳️
Everything was so exquisite that I cannot pick a favorite. I do love the American brilliant cut crystal/glass and in my opinion it is very underappreciated. Lady Mary Beth did you say you prefer the older Waterford to the newer in quality? I am looking to buy some for a wedding gift and would value your opinion.
The older, classic Waterford has deeper cuts and more brilliance. Today, much of the line is made outside of Ireland.
@@LadyMaryBeth Thank you for your reply! I will be looking for the older Waterford. I found some for $12.50 per stem at an estate sale this summer and that was exciting.
@@sheilakadolph5002 Incredible deal on the Waterford stems!
As the camera pans around there are two items: 1) clear glass lady holding up a red glass dish 2) the same lady/dish in opal colored glass. I have the same lady with holding up a green glass dish. I got her about 60 years ago as a gift and I would love to know something about her origins.Have you any info or a source where I could find out. Thank you - love you on UA-cam!
Do you know the minute mark in the video? If it’s in Edward Sawicki’s booth (see interview), he can ship to you.
Such a wonderful tour! I love how clean and organized it is. Very educational! I love treasure hunting in thrift stores and this helps me make good decisions ☺️
Hi how are you doing?
You can really tell the difference between a Blue and Red State. This place is very wholesome and traditional good taste is still alive.
I beg your pardon!?
What is an epern
An epergne is a table centerpiece that is usually made of silver but may be made of any metal, glass or porcelain. Flowers are placed in these, while Victorian styles
often feature fruit.
Ridiculous prices.
Wow. You almost lost me with that very long intro.
