I appreciate your concern with the devastating floods in Europe. Impacted areas are a hour drive from our village. This is literally too close to home. Worried about the many families affected with lives and property lost.
Those glasses always seemed like sugared fruit to me. Definitely brings back memories of the women in our family. Fresh brewed iced tea was poured into those goblets every Wednesday after my Mom and her best friend spent the day thrifting. Glad it brought back memories for you! 🥰
Hope they think so, too. There is a lot for them to share. Have told them I will gift them with tabletop treasures when they have their first homes. For now, it's a college apartment complete with Waterford lamps.
Just visited 2 thrift/consignment store in Kona, Hawaii. Saw a few glassware that you always talked about in your show--Noritake tea cups service and Lindner Kueps demistasse. Lots of glasswares, but no Waterford Crystals. I had no need or use for fancy glasswares. My family and I are strictly cheap glass you can stick in the dishwasher. Loved your video today.y daughter lived just a few miles from Conroe. She just moved back home with her family a couple of weeks ago. I will miss going and visiting her in TX it was such a beautiful area.
The white square plate with purple poppies was lovely; the tall green/blue with cream flowers Majolica that you picked & loved was exquisite. Wow, it was great to see the Fostoria blue June pattern glasses; I have the water glasses that I found in a Missouri countryside antique shop. I use them with my June plates. I noticed your friend's gold ring with the pattern I do not recall the name (Ireland or Scotland)? Please tell her I admired it. Wish I lived closer than PA; that beautiful blue Gabby tufted sofa I would love to have in my living room. Thanks for sharing; I so enjoyed this trip & your treasures you found.
I think my friend wears a Claddagh ring for her Irish heritage. Yes, that tufted sofa was fabulous. Neat that you have the Fostoria June pattern in blue. It's gorgeous!
I was hoping that one of your stops today would be the Assistance League thrift store in Conroe. I’ve not been there but I have heard wonderful things about it. Do you ever let fellow Houstonian viewers tag along on your thrifting trips? I would love to join you! I truly enjoy your videos and learn so much! Thank you!
The Assistance League was on my list and will save for next time. Did stop by Hand Me Up and will definitely go back and film. It’s funny you ask. A viewer recognized me at an estate sale and I mentioned that Charity Guild was the next stop. Way across town, we bumped into each other again. 😂 Would probably be boring since filming takes forever.
It had just come in as a consignment from Jorge Perez. No price yet. Just glad I saw it peeking out from the original packaging. Will call next week and inquire about the cost.

Wonderful that you have Jorge Perez items in your collection. He is such a neat guy and lots of fun!
Nice 🤗🤗🤗
Thanks! 🤗
Loved your video today.y daughter lived just a few miles from Conroe. She just moved back home with her family a couple of weeks ago. I will miss going and visiting her in TX it was such a beautiful area.
It's great to have family close again. You can discover new places in your area for thrifting. Glad you got to visit Texas.
Please consider another triple thrift. Lots of unique finds. 😀
Great idea! Perhaps a holiday triple thrift.
The punch bowl from Jorge Perez is exquisite! How in the world did you spot this if it is not yet priced for sale? You always find the diamonds. 💎
I recognized the Waterford shipping carton right away. It took me way back to the 90's.
Opals are much more expensive these day. My favorite my birth stone.
My mother's birthstone was also opal. Love it!
Love clear glass and crystal seem to gravitate to it
We are kindred spirits!
@@LadyMaryBeth Thank you; I so enjoy your posts. Looking forward in the future of those from Germany
You have a fan just outside of Boston, MA.
Wishing you all the best in 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣3️⃣. Prost Neu Jahr from our home in Germany! 🥂🍀
Just found a crystal globe lamp at a garage sale for $2CA! There is no shade but I can get that. Thanks for your tours & information.
Love it! Glad you spotted the crystal lamp. You could be daring with a shade and go with black or a pattern.
The Jim O’Leary Millennium Punch bowl is stunning. If you don’t have it, how were you able to pass it up?
It had just come in as a consignment from Jorge Perez. No price yet. Just glad I saw it peeking out from the original packaging. Will call next week and inquire about the cost.
Hi lady Mary breath ,looking forward to going around with you lv Ann uk xxxx
Thought of you when visiting the trio of shops! 🇬🇧❤️
Be sure to watch the last shop visit. You might just hear your name.
You remind me of the classyTelevision hostess announcers from t be 1990' s Home Shopping Network.
Hope they were offering nice wares. Guess I am stuck in the 90's. Would be fun to go back for a day.
@@LadyMaryBeth The 90' s were great.. And the fasion was the best..even better than the 1980's..and the 80' s were RAD!!
If I was " stuck " in either decade I would consider it a blessing.
Most of my thrifting is done via UA-cam these days...cuts down on clutter! LOL However I did pick up a sterling bread tray for $6 at Goodwill a couple weeks ago and it even had my monogram!
It was waiting for you! How exciting! Very pleased to hear about your monogrammed, sterling find.
