Love to see this tricky videography on your channel too your videography is amongst the best I can’t imagine getting these camera point of views used in this video, if we could see the gear change paddle shift 0:29 and camera mounted slightly outside of the door sill 1:58 and 0:42 and 5:00 and 4:43 combined with your sublime video intros it would be another level 👌 perfection
1) 100% would watch that. 2) I always find these sorts of comments amusing, as it's usually some combination of people who worked at EVO through the late 90's to mid 2000's who get mentioned, be it Catchpole, Dickie, Harry, Harris, Tomalin, etc. Best I can tell, what we /actually/ want is glory days EVO back in some form or another. :P
@@81Alfetta I don't know the other guys by name, but probably have seen them. I feel like Top Gear needs to stop trying to recreate the trifecta and just hire some great personalities and see what happens.
I would probably pick the Speciale for the NA engine and its amazing sound, however this really looks like a mind blowing machine. Lovely video, well done! 🔥
Bloody hell the production on these videos is seriously impressive now. Easily the match of the two main motoring shows on UK TV. (And with the added benefit of not having extremely annoying / cringey hosts, with exception to the ever-excellent Chris Harris.) Bravo.
Yessssss. Henry and a world class supercar, this is exactly the kind of content I love from you guys. Not even pressed play and I already know it’s going to be an immense watch.
Holy trousers, those camera angles where fucking epic. Have a beer when you come home chaps, as i'm having one right now and enjoying this show. Cheers from Hamburg Prost!
Great video. Not alot fluff and all noise with the just right amount of commentary. Numbers are mostly useless on these types of cars and I feel it's more about the feeling and enjoyment you get driving the car is what it's all about
I find it amazing that you guys can pack in so much in a short and precise video. Those first glamor and action shots are outstanding. Henry you are a gem at putting a world class car into words that truly describe the feel!
I got the incredible opportunity to drive one of these absolute works of art about a month ago, and I have to say, what a machine!!! I'm only 18, and the last most powerful car I had driven was a mk6 gti with 200 horsepower or so, so needless to say, this was a huge jump for me. But even as a driver who's only been driving for about 2 years, the confidence this car gave me was just immense!! I never thought Id be able to throw it around a corner and hammer it out of the apex without wrapping myself around a telephone pole. I was nervous enough while driving it at quarter throttle, no less at full chat. But the electronic "nannies" as people call them were easily one of the most impressive parts of the car (right up there with the singing engine, lightning fast transmission, etc...)! It lets someone like me feel like a hero and a true race car driver without any trouble! I seriously can not sing enough praise about this car, serious props to Ferrari. Also a fantastic video as always!
Holy shit guys! That intro was incredible! Easily the best of any content here on UA-cam, or Amazon, BBC etc. Utterly brilliant! I love how Henry stops talking when giving it the beans as he simply has no metal power left to speak. Bravo guys! Simply sensational! 👏👍🤗😁
Everything about this film was immaculate from the Ferrari’s review, the filming, the scenery, just everything about this production was a phenomenal production.
Who are the few who disliked this video? Is it jealousy, because I can understand that...I too am jealous...jealous of the car, the production quality, the fantastic driving road, the awesome job Henry has. If that's why you disliked the video, then I understand
That video gave me goosbumps for a number of reasons: -Henry was flying -Car looked soo damn cool -Shots were amazing -That last shot was to die for :DDD
Incredible video. The sense of production being more attentive to everything really made this something else. Hard to believe this was in past, as your videos just keep getting better and better!
One of the best reviews I have ever seen in terms of everything! Driving, filming, narrative and opinion! I continue to feel super lucky to own one of these babies!
Absolutely fantastic review! Loved that Steak knife analogy as well. I think the Pista is a better looking car than the 458, even in full on Hornet spec!
These guys with Catchpole at the helm are surpassing those muppets at the BBC for me. I've not bothered to watch a full episode of those idiots in ages. Thank you Carfection!
Amazing VT this one. Henry, you and your team are on another level with these reviews. It's always good to see any feature with Henry, Jethro, Steve Sutcliffe & Harry M. You're certainly keeping us entertained during lockdown, many thanks!
Your video filming is just crazy good, all the angles and the transitions are just awesome for Carfection. It is like TopGear quality production. Great work guys!!!
Thanks for yet another great video Henry. Along with Harry Metcalfe and Jethro Bovingdon you bring these beautiful cars to us mere mortals who will never get the chance to drive them. Keep up the great work!
I feel like clapping lol. Production value is off the charts as usual
jbquigley2010 just brilliant
Broe
The sound!!!
jbquigley2010 That initial whistle from the exhaust alone is worth clapping
Yeah, but all the negativity. Makes me think that Pista is much greater than McLaren!
Fantastic filming, mind blowing car and that road is spectacular!!
Totally! First 50 seconds so electrifying

Take notes brother
Please make a Video with the Pista of your friend which had a Speciale before 🙏🏼
Your videos are also high end 💣
We're happy to finally release this video, shot all the way back in 2019. Would you take this or a 458 Speciale?
Pisat for sure!!
I think 458 would be "enough" for me.
This because of the looks
Reptilius Maximus same here.
458 Speciale by far!
Nobody can do a review like Henry 👌🏻
Agreed. The only person that can come close honestly is savagegeese but they both have different review styles that I enjoy a lot.
Khoa Phan i was gonna say just that my friend. Two different styles, both absolutely amazing.
Harry metcalfe can
True true.
Davide Cironi is another great reviewer, in my opinion...
Again top level footage and editing. It can easily match the quality of a tv show with a much larger budget. Top stuff!
I think because smaller team in some ways it passes 99.99% them...
Thank you!
Henry's reviews are always a piece of art and an absolute pleasure to watch.
Holy hell! That was an amazingly shot and beautifully written piece of automotive journalism.
Thank you.
@@HenryCatchpole You basically turn into a poet when you're inside a car.
Something about a yellow Ferrari with blue contrasting stripes that make it look spectacular!
For sure! I'm a sucker for a deep, glittery blue but this thing really does suit this colour combo
IKEA???
Its giallo modena + blu america bicolor racing stripes
Taki Tachibana lol
HENRY GETS IT!!! Couldn't have said it better.
This video couldn't be more perfect.
The cinematography and editing these days is unbelievable! Great film fellas 👏👏
everyone in this film is showing off their best, the car, the presenter, the cameraman, the sound engineer and especially the editor
Henry's analogies are always on point!!
They are indeed.
Hands down. THE best car review channel!
0:47 this frame looks like it's from a high end pc game..such a good level of videography 🔥
well, actually it's a high end pc game that is good at emulating reality, friend.
Top Gear should hire this entire production team plus Catchpole. Make it just Harris and Catchpole and I'll watch again. These videos are SO good.
1) 100% would watch that.

Drive them both first … most people who drive both prefer pisTa … I dd a pisTa and way prefer it over 458 , haven’t driven speciale though
@@jonaohana3376 I drove both now and I was right :) obv the Pista is way faster, but it does not give you that emotions that the Speciale gives you.
@@JustDriveFlatOut to each his own… 😎
I have said this before and I will say it again! Carfection has the smoothest pans and tilts. Period.
Cheers to the cinematographer and editor!
God I LOVE this channel!
Carfection going from strength to strength. Beautiful video with the man Henry.
As a UA-camr, this is one of the most intimidating productions I've seen in ages. Well Done.
Superb as always. One of the only channels I can not only tolerate watching, but I actually enjoy. Thanks. Glad you approve of the Pista also 🤠
5:57 The tyre stops at the angle where the mighty horse logo facing up, such perfection can only be seen in Carfection.

Finally, a review I've been waiting for from Carfection
Why? Are you in the market for a new Ferrari?
@@RichardEnglander Highly doubt it.

The camera work in the beginning... wow just wow!
So many cool and creative shots in this film. Especially the one of the car stepping out at the rear as it comes out the corner
One of the best reviews for 488 pista. Really love it!! Great work by the team!
@Carfection you guys have the best camera angles and editing I've seen for a Car channel
