Hail Storms in St. Louis Missouri (Florissant Mo.) 3/27/20

Couple of training supercell hail storms hitting north St. Louis county. First storm with quarter size hail and second storm with half dollar to golfball size hail.

Glad you didn't get the storms when they were producing 3 to possibly 4 inch hail stones! Like in Jefferson City, MO! There was at least one 4.50inch hailstone in Houston which is in Texas County, Missouri. Insane!

When I saw the Storm Prediction Center's outlook for last Saturday I thought about you and knew that you'd be filming the severe weather. March 27th was Friday. This had to have been Saturday, March 28th.

Unfortunately Saturday was a huge bust. Lots of morning time rain and clouds killed off the chances. But does ramp up the excitement for what's next to come in April.

@@ILoveOldTWC This video was from last Friday morning. The day before the Saturday outlook. There was a warm front stalling over us bringing those 2 hail storms. There was then a powerful supercell that hit Jefferson City Missouri later that Friday evening with baseball size hail. That storm barely missed me due to the warm front being off to my north.
