Washing a Tastefully Modified Honda Civic! | Satisfying Saturday

In today's video, we give this tastefully modified Honda civic a maintenance wash! Coated with Gtechniq CSL and EXO, this Civic has some pretty impressive water behavior! Josh gives the Civic a foam bath utilizing Stjarnagloss products to keep it looking glossy!
The wheels of the Civic were treated with Forst and Hjul to remove browning from the tires and iron contaminates from the wheels. From there, the grime was agitated with a Detail Factory Curveball Brush and a Detail Factory Tire Brush.
The Paint was thoroughly rinsed and then given a foam cannon treatment with Matta shampoo. A cyclone Mitt was used in the bucket for a soft and gentle contact wash. As a rinse aid, josh used Glatt which is a slick and hydrophobic rinse aid that also aids in drying.
The Civic is still looking good all these years later and that Milano Red is popping! Thanks for watching!

Ahhh yes.. the infamous Pacific Northwest Raindust.. the daily is covered in this and hoping to give the car a much needed PEARL soap bath in the AM after a month of rinse less.

Nice Job! But, after 5 decades of washing cars, I would do a little differently. But if it works for you, just do it. If you're new to maintenance washes? Don't forget to wash door jams, trunk & hood areas, wipers and blades, badges and fuel caps. After I foam a car, I always rinse before I touch the car. It is a good time to check for bug, tar, and other impurities. Next, I will use multiple clean mitts (always wash after each use) or rinse mitt out each time. Start at top, work downward towards bottom. I use a blower (leaf or car) to dry car best as possible. Then I apply a ceramic detailer and dry with soft towel. FYI, my personal cars do not get very dirty, so 90% of the time, I use ONR with wax. Happy car Cleaning!!!
