Man, Orlov and Bertuzzi were great pick ups by the Bruins, and they have proven it time and again in this series. Taylor Hall also has been great since coming back, 4 points tonight. When Bergeron and Krejčí are back, the Bruins are gonna be dominant.
As a wings fan, we know how good Bertuzzi is… Great playoff guy
With Bergeron and Kreji the Bruins will be scoring 6-10 goals per game and winning.
The team is amazing. I was so delighted with how Hall and Orlov played, incredible. Some of the plays were basically a work of art

The most amazing thing about Bruins is that all lines are perfect. It is not only about Berger, Marchand or Pastrnak. Not every day is a perfect day, but this is pretty impressive

The NHL needs to figure this out. Same thing happened in the Lightning/Leafs game. Puck loose in the crease, goes in before the whistle, review, no goal. How can basically the same play have two different outcomes?
Happened to the bruins in the last game whitle blew before puck went in ruled a goal
For the Leaf game, goalie had it in his gear, wasn't until after the whistle and 2 whacks to the pads later it went in, pretty big difference.

In last game the Floridad did the same... In this series, every goal like this has to count, since it was set like this... In Tampa/Leafs, if it was no goal, no goal like this will count... it is wtf, but depends if it stays consistent through the series.

Not having Bergeron playing might actually be a blessing in disguise because the dirty panthers would’ve targeted Bergeron
Yep, that’s why I think you hold both he and Krejci out until the next series (assuming we finish this one off by game 6..if it goes to a 7th game anyone who can play needs to play) because otherwise we risk losing them for the rest of the playoffs with DIRTY POS’s like Tkachuk out there (and even Bennett to a lesser degree) targeting them!
When it goes back to Boston and the game is in hand, Tkachuk better keep his head on a swivel.

What a great game for Bruins fans ! I had thought Taylor Hall was underperforming since his return from injury in the regular season. But Hall has certainly shown his worth this series ! And Debrusk, and Marchand instantly celebrating that goal ! Classic Bruins ! Supreme ‘
After a totally disjointed first ten minutes of play, which left us fearing the worst, the Bruins, still handicapped by the absence of Bergeron and Krejci, resumed their momentum from the last match. Proof of this is that it was the same players who once again fired the team: Hall (at the height of his talent), DeBrusk (very present in front of the opposing net), Marchand (who, as a good assistant captain, shows control remarkable self while being generous in motivation), Bertuzzi (very good passer, in addition to being psychologically disturbing), Coyle, Orlov, Hathaway (many defensive sacrifices).
To these we should add (for today's game): McAvoy (he hits like a mule; the opponent better keep his head up) and Lindholm.
Good point: Grzelcyk was more present.
Those who could give more: Zacha and Frederic.
Some players will have to learn to be more responsible. Too often blind or cross back passes (East-West). Pastrnak, very confident in his abilities, frequently makes these mistakes.
Also, defensively, the team is struggling to get out of its zone because some rush to relay through the center; thus, the puck is quickly intercepted and all this extra time devoted to protecting oneself quickly increases fatigue, which contributes to multiplying the opponent's chances of scoring.
That Ullmark is hiding an injury is beyond doubt. But if he can play, coach Montgomery will make him his starting goalie in the next confrontation. The Bruins will want to complete this first round in 5 games in order to give the injured more time to heal their condition.

Жаль конечно, но не надо было занимать 8 место, чтобы попасть на Бостон!
А в чем прикол 7 места? Типа Дьяволы слабее Бостона ну может и слабее. Только по мне расклад прошлого сезона не интересен. Тупа выбить к примеру Дьяволов или Вашингтон и потом просто слить 4:0 в серии той же Тампе или Каролине. Смысл плей-офф сильнейший должен быть не в выборе лучшего соперника, потому что плей-офф это отдельный турнир. А в том что если хочешь получить чашку то выноси всех подряд. Торонто и Тампа яркий тому показатель опять их свели уже в первом раунде. Вот эта заруба 2 сильнейших

Cream rises to the top as they say, Bruins are going to be a tough club to beat, they play like a well tuned orchestra you can't make any mistakes against this Bruins team is that good, let's not knock the Panthers their giving it their best, I remember the old Bruins teams in the 70's they were a tough team to play against, if Boston is rolling at 100% it will take a massive effort by any team to beat them
