Affidavits show JCPD had Sean Williams' computers, didn't check them after rape allegations against

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) - The revelations about video evidence showing downtown Johnson City businessman Sean Williams allegedly raping 52 different women in his apartment, left a local advocate "angry with the police who failed our community so many times."

KPD and JCPD rarely investigate rapes, they do not care and yet somehow the guy busts out of restrains, busts a window and escapes. He already attempted to escape once and they didn't think he would try again??? Riiight!? There should have been an officer on each side of him and full body restrains. This should not have happened and there is absolutely no excuse for it. TBI needs to investigate!
