I remember turning on my TV and snes just to listen to this song on loop for hours.....this song, Red Brinstar, Green Brinstar aka Brinstar Jungle, and the fight against Ridley. Thing my dad didn't know at the time was, I had a 3.5mm to 5mm adapter so I could plug the headphone port of my 13" TV to the family room stereo was would rock the house to Super Metroid music while home by myself lol
I think I remember that I tuned in when the video first released. I still find myself returning to this video every so often to listen to it a bunch. Love both of those themes and what you did with it. It looks relatively simple but I can only imagine the work that went into this! This video definitely has NOT enough views. Lower Norfair has a fittingly intense and aggressive track, seeing as it's kinda the final area before tourian, and it really builds up to the climactic final battle between samus and ridley (yes, ridley officially dies in super metroid, any version of him appearing afterwards canonically is a clone). Fantastic cover!!
