Today I'm sharing 2 delicious plant-based recipes inspired by takeout classics! They're easy to make but totally tasty, making them perfect for an at-home date night or easy weeknight dinner.
GREEN TEA MULE (serves 1)
1/2 lime, quartered
few slices of fresh ginger
1.75 oz vodka (mocktail: top off with more ginger kombucha or use zero-proof alternative)
1.75 oz green tea concentrate
Ginger kombucha or ginger beer, to top off.
***Muddle the lime and ginger together, then add the vodka and green tea concentrate and shake over ice. Strain into a glass with ice and top off with ginger kombucha and a lime slice

I made the teriyaki tofu with rice and broccoli. When I tell you I was not expecting the tofu to turn out that damn good! The sauce was also delicious! It will definitely be added to my rotating meal menu. Great recipe!!

I’m sorry if you have already done a video on this topic, but how do you keep your pots and pan so clean?? I’ve been vegan for about 6 years now and post meal clean up is SO much easier especially if you’re oil free, but if anyone saw my cookware they’d probably call the health department… would love to see a video on your entire cookware and how you keep it clean 🙏😇 I know you can use really harsh chemicals to keep things clean but I’d rather not go that route
Well I cook with oil now and use nonstick Caraway home pans! I make sure to follow their care instructions carefully and they have all stayed in great condition. If you ever burn something on a pan i find the easiest way to clean it is to boil some baking soda in a small amount of water and then scrape it with a wooden spatula! But you should not do this with any nonstick pan as it will chip off the coating

Most pad thai isn't sold with protein. It's an added expense. Also if you can find fermented soy beans in a glass jar then it would be authentic instead of soy sauce.
When I was researching it seemed it is traditionally made with a little tofu and people do commonly "add on" meat such as shrimp or chicken. I'll have to keep an eye out for the fermented soy beans!
