I run the rack half on of my excercises (4*10/week), I eat 2000-4000kcal/day, drink once or twice a week and I forget to take my vitamin supplements all the time. And I suffer from depression. I'm growing all the time, so overtraining is in my opinion is pretty hard to achieve. Or you have pretty bad CNS or I have a really great one.
Matti Olkinuora It depends. Overtraining is a real thing, but a lot of people take it too lightly. It isn't hard to achieve if you have no idea what you are doing. For example, training chest every day, going for more than a 2 hours focusing on a single body part, or a bad diet, can all lead to over training. Overtraining can cause scar tissue in your muscles, and mess with your nervous system. It isn't a fun thing to have, and you can typically feel it when it does happen.
Forgetting to take your supplements doesn't really matter. Most of them don't work at all, and the few that do are for vitamins that you can get really easily out of your daily nutrition.

FYI I did a powerlifting meet in Dec 2015 here in the Atlanta metro area and 80% of the competitors were actually nerds. AND I mean that in a good way Many of them were college students and typical working guys with families No "gym douche" behavior Everybody was cordial Laid back as hell No mean muggin No attitude
To a certain extent, however some can go to the gym 3 times per week for 6 months and make the same gains as someone else going for 5 times per week for a year. Sometimes genetics just make some blessed and they don't have to try as hard.

You may become more agressive (most likely you do) If you are on the juice you should train harder and more often. Very few people are willing to do that.
