The F50 is tremendously beautiful, it’s surreal, this car is almost 30 years old and still looks modern and extremely sexy
The F50 is basically the R33 GT-R of Ferrari, overshadowed by the F40/R32 and Enzo/R34

ook so the F50 looks like it's not slower than the F40 after all. However the f40 has a 5 speed transmision with obviously longer gears so.. pretty damn impressive
The f50 was faster round fiorano test track than the f40 ever was .
@@paulthomson9014 of course around a track it was faster. I was considering the fact that many say that the F40 had the edge in a straight line, which it looks like it doesn't. At least in this vid
@@ripptorr yeh f50 was 3.7 to 60 , f40 was over 4 . Under 4 depending on driver and conditions
@@ripptorr it is in a straight line, the F40 is lighter and has substantially more torque. It more difficult to put the power down, would win a roll race easy I'd reckon
The F50 was never slower than the F40, thats a mith created by the F40 fanboys...
Why only the Japanese do these great comparisons and here in Europe we have only videos about the new SUV???

Don’t forget Top Gear (original-2015) and Fifth Gear though those are British greatest car show but I think Best Motoring is now my favourite

The best time of F50 depends only by better traction. With a rolling start in 2nd gear F40 will win hands down.

Also F50 has more horsepower to deliver on the road, so definitely F50 would won.
F50 has more torque available throughout the rev range and the sound of NA V12 is just out of this world, only Carrera GT comes really close, F40 is more brutal and slightly less refined ,but that’s what makes it so special-it’s really hard to compare them , they’re drop dead gorgeous in their own way

Actually that is a very good time for the F40 if you compare it with another best motoring videos. Low 11 sec for a mid 80s car
That 0-400 m time is the best I've ever seen for F40 so I think the driver did pretty well.

Very bad drive on the F40!! And it's a Japanese F40, less hp just like the American one! If it was a European F40 it would be much faster!
Another 100% clueless comment. How exactly is that bad driving? 11,293 is probably the best time ever recorded for F40 on 0-400 m. And US spec F40 actually had a little more horsepower than euro spec, but it had more weight.
Euro F40 had 478 Hp
The US spec was rumored to have somewhere nearing 500
Ferrari never sold any F40's in the Japanese, let alone, asian market (excluding the Sultan of Brunei)

The Diablo SV Can accelerate faster than the two! They did not showed its real potential because they are scared of destroying the clutch. Brutalize the clutch and you will see its real acceleration!
Nope. Both Ferraris are clearly faster, 0-60 or in track. You can search other videos if you need to see Diablo SV's performance. It's not great hence never mentioned in the same breath as the F40 or F50 despite having a bit more horsepower.
