@Yendi Phillipps yesterday I was reminded of something that gave me the boost that I needed to step out. I was a single parent in Jamaica struggling and having to put school on the back burner as I needed to work to take care of myself and child and at the end of 2015 you made a quote on ‘if you don’t take a step forward you will always be in the same spot’. I held on to that quote and prayed and that was what I needed to make my move to give myself and my child a better life. Today I am in my first year of pre med and working many other goals. More to come. Thank you, keep inspiring others.

Proud of this young man. He has always displayed humility and respect. Love this interview.
They say it's how someone makes you feel that they will always remember.. I will never forget Usain's kindness and encouragement to me
I clicked on the races during this interview
It only seems natural
Will not ever forget that feeling and it still is present when you re-watch the races
No one like you Usain
You changed the games and made it relatable
No pride or sticking out of tongue that grosses me out or cockiness
Just fun and sportsmanship
Creating teamwork with your fellow runners that they only aim for gold
Great leadership

Yendi, Usain daddy's lesson, of, "WHATEVER YOU want out of life, WORK HARD for it, has had a resounding effect on me today. It's not new, but it pushed me to start that which I had hanging for a long time. thanks guys.
One thing with Yendi, she loves the whole journey of Usain, his entire demeanour. For me, it's the same. I have always loved this guy, very humble. Once you elevate, you will have persons who will try to tear you down, but that's what will build you, make you better. You are an inspiration. Thanks for being you Usain.
A boy from the country and you certainly displayed that in the Olympic stadiums and we cherish those moments!! You were always so childish and funny!
Yes😅😅 love his child like spirit. We should never forget the child in us
Such an inspiring story Usain be proud of your achievements. You are a legend Jamaicans should show more appreciation for your achievements. You have make us proud. Some people never have nothing good to say about others they are so negative. Keep humble, positive and continue to succeed.

Yo this is now on the top of my list for motivation & inspiration. Yendi Jah know mi really appreciate this interview. I hope every Jamaican 🇯🇲 will watch this.
Loved the interview. Usain is so humble remembering his young days and is friends
and not forgetting his coach. He doesn't let fame get to his head like some of those American basketball players. Big up yourself Usain
I loved this interview, Usain has certainly matured over the years. You asked all the right questions Yendi. Love it💞💞💞
So refreshing interview love Bolt thank you for sharing!!!💗👏
Bob Marley has put us on the map with music and Usain Bolt did it with track and field and his personality. Everywhere I travel to and I speak or mention where I am from, the main two people foreigners mentioned were.Bob and Usain. They are our symbols to di Worl'. I am hapoy to see Usain healing from people's harsh words. Love and light.
My husband use to ask me if mi deh wid Usain Bolt. NEVA meet de man inna mi life but mi LOVE HIM! # FULL A VYBZZZZ!
I am an educator in the US, and the question that I get from students when they find out I am from Jamaica is “do you know Usain Bolt?”
I met him once and trust mi this guy is very down to earth and cool plus being a legend and still is the same. Wah more uno want!!!
Talk truth
I'm a Guyanese but you know the vibes....West Indian /Caribbean ....me claim Jamaica and the whole Caribbean ❤❤
We Jamaicans claim you too my sister.
🇬🇾🇬🇾
Same. I am Guyanese too and I support Yendi and other Jamaican personalities. If a West Indian is doing/trying to do something great and worthwhile, I am there to support! As Marcus Garvey said, I "wouldn't trade a continent for an Island." We are One.
Usain you have to put yourself first. When I tell anyone I'm Jamaican the first thing they ask, do you know Usain Bolt.most of us appreciate what you did for Jamaica 🇯🇲 you are a national treasure ignore the haters.much love and respect. Thank you Yendi 😊 🖤💚💛
Brilliant interview.....love Usain, so humble, so talented, so honest....
Some Jamaicans are very ungrateful......most of it is ignorance....but most of us appreciate you and will be eternally grateful for what you’ve done! Enjoy your life and family!!
Bigup the legend.....greatness is not appointed but born and chiseled. Yendi, not to be outdone, you're the barefooted Empress of Utube.
Love this interview ... Yendi jus keeping it real and Bolt jus chilling sharing his journey .... 🇯🇲 yawd man style ... nuh change yute.. stay real
You are so right Usain. If the passion is not there anymore, then it’s not worth it. Only you can know when it’s that time! Thanks for being honest. You’re an amazing young man and has made such a great contribution to our country. Such a blessing! You know who and whose you are..... a living , loving child of God and that’s all that matters. I went to Sweden and visited a library and saw one of your books and was so excited! You have conquered! Love and Light to you and your family. Thank you Wendi for doing this interview! Truly appreciated! Blessings to you! Watching this from Brooklyn.
A breath of fresh air is the perfect way to Express the interview with a pair of likable characters in Usain and Yendi,Big up every time👍👍👍

Yendi! Usain has a woman and a baby daughter. Settle yourself, you made sure your skirt is SUPER SHORT & you can't keep your legs closed long enough. You're almost giving Usain signals that you want him. Girl have more respect for yourself. You have not worn such a short outfit for other male interviewees. You still have a long way to go to become a professional interviewer.
USAIN you have done a lot for our Country. Maximum RESPECT. CONGRATULATIONS for your achievements.
Kkkkk, this comment got me. But u are telling the truth
This was an enjoyable interview, Yendi asking questions throughout without notes and Usain answering so eloquently. Well done to both of you
Wonderful. “ if you don’t love something, don’t do it”.
I am a Jamaican living in Marietta Georgia USA, your show has allowed me to connect to my fellow Jamaican celebrities as real people. Your show is excellent and it’s because of your personality. Keep up the good work, stay humble and honest.

@@ashannielinton3209 greatest of all time
Okay thanks.
I think it’s the Jamaican’s who don’t travel who don’t understand the magnitude of Usain’s brand in the world, but the ones of us who do travel really do get it; it’s unfortunate that it is this way.
I am honored and grateful that he is our wonderful ambassador may he continue to be humble and blessed🙏🏾
So doing it for the country shifted to doing it for yourself first. Indeed! I couldn’t agree with you more Usain.
Awesome interview, Usain was very relaxed and mature, Yendi is super-relaxed and she asked all the right questions without the benefit of notes. Yendi hit this one out of the ball park. Thanks for informing your audience. Kudos!!!
Thank you!🙏🏽🙏🏽
I love you Usain, it's so true that your own people will tear you down the most but I appreciate what you have done for brand Jamaica and that you had fun doing it.
I cried when I heard the bashing on national tv after Usain pulled up. Same like how me cry when I hear pp bash Asafa. I'm happy Usain learned early to put himself first and country after. I miss track and field bad bad. COVID BE GONE!!!
Yen, you’re such a light! Thank you for creating this safe space and for sharing it with us! I look forward to these weekly sessions. Always so inspiring ❤️💐🇧🇿
I admire Usain for knowing when to bow out. Well done sir! Thanks for sharing your talent with world and for raising the Jamaican 🇯🇲. I will say enjoy and pursue any ventures that you wish to 🙌
Great job! This was not a cookie cutter interview hearing the same things we've heard in other interviews.
Usain I can't thank you enough but still saying thank you for making Jamaicans proud. Big up yourself 💙

Usain, the whole Caribbean rallied behind you. (I'm from Antigua) You made us proud. Thanks for bringing us respect. The world now knows "we likkle, but we talawa!"

AWESOME interview, Usain is just so genuine .
I’m addicted to Yendi’s interviews. So many wonderful entertainers, athletes, and public figures that make me so proud to be a Jamaican.
This was really good. Excellent job Yendi and props to Usain for being so willing to share his story.
Thank you Mr Bolt for your years of athletic magic!! Your greatness has not compromised your humility, and that is admirable. You are a great role model!!
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart…Lean not to your own understanding….In all your ways ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, and He will direct your path”….More Blessings!!
Kudos Yendi always wanted to hear the beginning of how Bolt started.
Great interview, thank you 👊🏾
@Yendi Phillipps yesterday I was reminded of something that gave me the boost that I needed to step out.
Must say I really enjoyed watching this show for the first time...this incredible interview with my favorite track LEGEND HON USAIN BOLT... And I must say that Ms. Yendi... me naa look you... but you're absolutely gorgeous and down to earth I'm so impressed by you doing this interview without shoes... Lava nuff respect to YOU and the LEGEND...💯💥💣🙏
SEMPER FIDELIS... USMC PHRASE MEANING ALWAYS FAITHFUL... HOORAH...💯💥💯🙏👍👀
Awesome interview. Appreciative of everything that comes out of this inspiring encounter. Bless up to you Yendi and also Bolt in all your endeavours. I didn't intend to watch the entire package at one sitting because of other things to do. However, the compulsion was great, as I was stuck to the end listening, enjoying and wondering, after all, and even anticipating more, looking for more and more at the end. That's indeed how powerful of grabbing my attention was. Thanks a lot for bringing out that time line!!!
