when I put my designs in the software its adding a running stitch witch throws off the center, can you explain how to add all three designs with out getting the running stitches?
Question: How close to the bill can you embroider on a ricoma machine? The placement on both front and side logos seem to high to me. Thanks in advance.
Typically there's a manual setting on the machine that automatically limits how low you can go but you can turn that off. You must have confidence you won't hit the frame. I don't below .5" from the brim on my machine personally and all my designs look great. The guy in the video didn't pay much attention to positioning the design properly but that wasn't really the point of the video

Hi! we ran the cap at 650 spm in exception of the 3D Puff in which we ran that portion at 500 spm.
hello, nice tutorial! what kind of needle and thread do you use for the 3d effect? what density of point?
We used standard 75/11 needles and regular thread! We recommend embroidering at a slow speed when it comes to 3D puff.

You can do 3D Puff on the side of the cap!

Chroma does not have a cap hoop setting. It has brother cap is the only option.
