Thank you Angela. I have a Melco XTS that I bought from Todd 8 or so years ago. I didn’t realize that the tension needs to be changed when using puff foam. This is very helpful.

Glad you got a response. I emailed another designer about her puff font needing caps and bridges. Never heard back 😢 It was an expensive font!
Ouch I hate it when that happens - I had some missing letter and its been almost a year never heard back - awful!

I don’t know anything about embroidery so please forgive me if I’m way off base, but you said you had to use the 4mm foam instead of the 3mm. Would that have made a difference in the thread tension? Beautiful work. I love watching people create things. I been watching woodworking, leather working, jewelry making and now I can add embroidery. Do you actually change the machines tension up 30% or is that through Embrilliance?
Angela, great job as always! Question . . . would you recommend changing the density as well as the tension increase you made so that the foam doesn't peek through the stitching? I forget how density works, I think it's the lower the number, the more dense the stitches, but it could be backwards. Thoughts?
The revised version is a little more dense so should help with any of those peekaboos.
On a 10 Needle Baby Lock, does the tension on top need tightened or loosened? How do you raise the presser foot?
Do you use cut away for the backing?

Just a heads up Angela. Crafters are getting notices that this 3D puff alphabet has a patent and she is coming after everyone! I know Creative Appliques made a notice that she will no longer offer tutorials or sell the design.

Just some ideas. Maybe a payment plan can buy you some time until business picks up. Do you take Glucosamine Chondroitin? My husband says that really helps. Try pain relief oil from A1 W Soap Queens. Wouldn't hurt to collaborate cross platform with other UA-camrs to share with more followers.
