Ah the good old 212th, what's not to love. A salute to all those great soldiers, those that lived to see the end of the Clone Wars(Cody, Boil, Gregor, Trapper, Odd Ball, Wooley,) and those that didn't make it(Waxer, Gearshift, Long Shot). Also, 13:14-13:18: So the Outer Rim Siege starts with one month left in 20 BBY, meaning when the Clone Wars ended they still had 7 months left in 19 BBY, okay with that much time suddenly so much happening during 19 BBY right at the start of the Empire's rise makes a lot of sense. Also, also, you mention the Battle of Nelvaan, but not the Third Battle of Tythe or the Battle of Yerbana.
I hope we get to see Bad Batch Season 3 where Captain Rex leads a Rebel cell of unchipped Clone Troopers fighting the Galactic Empire and reunite with Commander Cody who defected. Although it might end bittersweet as we see Rex, Wolffe and Gregor as old men in retirement on some desert planet until Ezra and his friends showed up.
honestly cody defecting is stupid in my eyes he was always by the books in the clone wars and rots so why would he defect even if the empire are the villians
@@LM37_Agreed. A Clone Civil War would be far more preferable than a bland Clone Rebellion. Imperial Clones and Loyalists fighting Rebel Clones and Insurgents would be badass. But no... Now we're certainly going to get just Loyalists vs Clones. Because Filoni can't stand Imperial Clones lol.
Always love jet pack troopers in sci-fi universes and that means seeing clone troopers with Jet Packs will be only of my favorite units in the Grand Army of the Republic.
The 212th was always one of my all time favorites!!! Especially Cody. He made a good and loyal officer while still maintaining a soft spot for his men like Rex!!
I love the 501st as much as the next homie, but I always loved Cody and the 7th Sky Corps just a little bit more. They were the first troopers we got to see in Phase II armor and with their own markings. And Cody is just so cool :D
This was a good video but you forgot about the battle of Anaxes and the battle of Yerbana which I know are canon but are also technically part of legends since the clone wars is still a part of the old EU.
No way the first jet pack troops were used in Star Wars Episode 7 as stated by Poe Dameron “they fly now” stating that, that has never been seen before.
It's funny how the Old Republic had rocket jumpers for literally tens of thousands of years, and even then the writers of TROS still felt the need to put in "They fly now".
Dude I loove you videos and watch every last one of them! But sometimes it really would be nice if the selected pictures matched better with what is said.
Just wondering if you've ever done a video on jedi salaries? We know they had money, some more than others but how did they get paid and through what means? Would be an interesting video.
I wonder if in Star Wars Ancient history if some groups.. like the famed Mandalorians have their most ancient origins in some groups like the ancient Rocket Troopers since those guys look an would probably acted VERY much on practice like the "Modern" Mandos we know an love
Ça aurait bien de savoir ce qui advient du 212; après la guerre, ont à bon revoir Cody dans la Bad Batch mais c'est pas confirmé si l'unité qu'il commande est le 212
They're good, but they do seem to feel a bit too overrated nowadays due to rabid fan popularity since 2008. Granted, that's probably my Legends+501st Legion/327th Star Corps/clone commando bias speaking. Edit: Sucks that Sarrish had to be a Sepper victory. Thank the Force they paid for it by losing the entire war.
Ok where's my Lady Luimaya, yuuzong vong video, darth Cadeus,or darth kraty video. At this point we have a million video on the clone wars it would be nice to talk about the stuff post return of the jedi.
The 501st and 212th working side by side really is an OP dynamic Duo
It would’ve been interesting in the ARC trooper arc where Echo joined the 501st while Fives joined the 212th or the other way around
Maybe, but don't forget they were both 501st originally
They were technically Cody’s men in the rishi moon ep

Yeah, but only under circumstance

Absolutely loved this video. I’d love to see more videos like this about other units, especially Wolfpack, 501st, 41st, and 327th
He already made a video on the 501st.
My thoughts exactly, please more of these!

I'm afraid Odd Ball died in Coruscant
@@eljusticiero978 Actually, he survived and went on to server in the Battle of Utapu.
Shoutout to my boy in the 212th who decked Greivous on Kenobi’s cruiser while tackling the arch-clanker

@@richardched6085 yea and its disney surprised there isnt a clone princess yet lol
11:29 How did he manage that? I thought Ghost Company was Kenobi's equivalent to Torrent Company.
Update: Commander Cody left the Imperial military after the Mission to Desix. Who assumed command of the 7th Sky Corps remained unknown at the moment.

Please do more of these videos! I’m very interested to know about more units in the GAR!!!

As we say from the galaxy in which we reside:
*"Death from Above"*

The 7th Sky Corp a truly elite GAR unit. And one I wouldn't mind joining. That is if I was a Clone Trooper.
501st: killed Jedi
212th: put down a Wookie rebellion (in canon)
This reminds me, what is Cody doing now that he has gone AWOL?
BB S3 better let us hear what he feels about Order 66 and what his regret are.
Wish there was a deleted scene for that episode
Yeah i agree hope they show what happened to him
His reaction to Crosshairs comment about the Jedi being traitors, tho brief kinda let’s us know ho he felt

I love when 501st 212th team up like when they fighting against master krell
Loved the video can you do more like it with other clone units?

Just curious, where do you find the artwork for your videos? The thimbnail on this one is awesome

I really liked the vid, and I would love more of these. I would love one about 187th
Ner cyare Cody...
This division is second most powerful of clones
My 212th boys!
So you’re saying they have an ability to achieve flight at this?!?!
Great video
Do you mind posting the link to the thumbnail art? It looks incredible
These are our custom made thumbnails and are available to all channel members on a monthly basis :D

I'm actually curious what happened to clone trooper Boil after the battle of Umbara losing Waxer during the friendly fire situation
