I misread the Elixicant’s Combat Drugs ability. It can give Painbringer or Hypex to the entire team, not just one model! THAT SEEMS REALLYYYYYYY GOOD. Thank you everyone who pointed this out!
I think you misread the combat drugs ability on the elixicant. You choose one ability for friendly operativeS to apply, so you can give hypex to all of your guys, not just one, which is very powerful i think.

There are also E-bay vendors that are selling the individual team by itself.
I've never actually tried it before, but the ones I was looking at have a multitude of good reviews. However, if you are concerned with supply availability for the boxes, might not be best to support these vendors.
Using your equipment points you could give ALL(beside the dark light weapons and the shredder if i'am correct) Weapons a Lethal 5+(at least if not better). These dudes will spread crits and guts all over the battlefield!

I agree that forcing someone to reroll 6s is often going to be more useful than rerolling 1s, but they're probably closer in power than you mention in this video.
Rerolling 1s gets more powerful the better your BS is.
Hitting on 3s is ~67% (2/3), rerolling 1s turns that into an ~83% (2/3+(2/3 * 1/6)=8/9).
Hitting on 2s is ~83% (5/6). Hitting on 2s rerolling 1s brings it to a ~97% (5/6+(5/6 * 1/6)=35/36).
Rerolling 1s turns Lethal 5+ from a ~33% chance (1/3) into a ~39% (1/3+(1/3 * 1/6)=7/18).
Finally, it turns natural crits from a 17% (1/6) to a 19% (1/6+(1/6 * 1/6)=7/36).
Using the same logic, rerolling 6s gets worse the better your opponent's BS gets.
Missing on 3s rerolling 6s should be the same probability as hitting on 5s rerolling 1s, which is to say 39% (1/3+(1/3 * 1/6)=7/18).
Similarly, Lethal 5+ rerolling 6s doesn't drop from ~33% back down to ~17%, it only drops to ~28% (1/3-(1/3 * 1/6)=5/18).
But the real power as you mentioned is completely wrecking natural crits, which go from 17% to a 3% (1/36).
I think it ultimately boils down to who has what special rules, whether you're fighting a MEQ team or a GEQ team, how likely you are to get multiple attacks off with that buffed friendly unit, etc. If your opponent has Rending but not Lethal, hoo boy have fun because they're not going to like this rule.

Funny, they gave the Shredder weapon rending, the same Shredder of the Corsairs gunner does not have rending.

Hey can you use the omen to consistently re-roll your 1s? I had in my mind you could never re-roll a re-roll? Is that actually a rule. Or is it impossible to ever get 1s if you use the ability.
