Personally, I would have redone the root canal treatments of the three teeth because the previous RCT material may have been contaminated. But overall, final esthetic looks good.
@@darrenstrathdee7425 There's no way you can determine that using a PA especially if the gutta percha is exposed to the oral environment. RCT retreat with good apical patency and thorough irrigation is essential. That's not to mention possible CL to make sure there is adequate ferrule on the preparation especially with tight overjet and/or excessive overbite in MIP. Assuming finances aren't an issue the best long term treatment here probably would've been extraction, grafting and implant bridge.
They are to see where the gutta percha are in view of the the root. All dentists do this. Gutta Percha is the root filling material and is made of rubber points. They are different lengths and sizes the dentist needs to know they are not going beyond the tip of your root. That's why dentists take x-rays. Also during the procedure dentists have monitors to ascertain these results. @@darrenstrathdee7425
I recommend doing this under isolation first of all. You can still doing it with b4/b5 clamps from coltene or else your work is compromised. Second of all you drill too much and you can cause a root fracture. Measure the length first and fiber post max 2/3 of the tooth. That blood infiltration is not good for long term. And last but not least, when you cement the crowns in the end, as a tip, start the cementation from central incisors !

But I have to get a tooth paste that can keep my teeth white, because they get like a yellow or brown color if I don't do cleaning on my teeths.
Your crowns lasted 30+ years? Or did you have to get them replaced every few decades? Curious to know because I too, broke my front 2 teeth when I was 11 because of a bad fall and only got crowns done when I was 20. I’m 24 now and really hoping the crowns could last me a lifetime.
In Morocco it would cost around 1800 dollars if the dentist used good quality materiels, it can cost 1200 dollars if the dentist used average materials
I'm sure a lot higher than just pulling them out and going to a partial that's how dentist screw you want to work on the same dieing ass tooth over and over again just to maximize profits

Why is the nurse using a saliva ejector and not wide bore aspiration? Wide bore is so much stronger than a saliva ejector. Just curious. It is most appropriate in this case as it involves acid etch. Also the patient is clearly an adult.
In 3rd world countries, we tend to use just what's needed to reduce costs, because these materials cost the same internationally. But I agree with you, a standard of dental care should be maintained

It's difficult, but if you find a good dentist they will take care of you and provide you with the best option for your case. It's a hassle but damn worth it, because it's a nightmare for a dentist to ruin your life.

This may work, but I'd be concerned about root resorption which would then require implants.
