Pixel 5 has a better display, better camera, aluminum build material, unlockable bootloader, wireless charging, IP68 rating, a faster and more efficient processor, USB Type C 3.1, 8GB of RAM, and stock Android with no bloatwares. Pixel 5 wins.
That's what I really love about your reviews Kevin. You touch on the features and aspects of each device that I believe most users are interested in knowing about, and imo there's more than ample info here to make a conscious buying decision as to which one may suit a user best... The rest is up to the user (in-hand) to know if it will actually suit their needs. As for the devices themselves. Think the Pixel 5 gets a bigger nod from me mainly because of Google's unprecedented, consistent, and longevity of support. Plus, been waiting on a larger battery to grace one of Google's devices and it finally happened with the 5. At the end of the day I'd be happy with either I'm positive about that just don't need another device at the moment as already rocking six LOL.
Pixel phones are in a league of their own. You can't really compare them with samphones and iphones. You have to compare the entire personal data assistant experience. Not just the features but aslo how well each device gives you efficient results every time you need it assist you with a task. Pixel wins, hands down every time. For years now. And since the 3a it has gotten much better every time.
But dosen't the A71 5G have the Snapdragon 765G too? I own the A71 5G and mines does have the Snapdragon. I don't understand why UA-camrs get it wrong. Or am I wrong?
I think pixel was trying to compete with this phone. Samsung is missing the high refresh rate. The water and dust resistance. The wireless charging. The cameras. The extra ram which is actually noticeable.
Here's a pretty specific question for anybody that might know; How does the A71 5G speaker compared to that of the LG G6 when video streaming (Netflix/UA-cam). I'm talking about the sound regular talking watching a show, not necessarily some profound music audio listening. I got used to be double speakers on my LG v40, but it went belly-up so I'm temporarily back on my G6 and for my purposes I like the single bottom firer just fine. But if the A71 speaker tends to be a little tinny or scratchy or so forth for videos I may just have to go with the s20 FE. But I'd rather save the $300. Currently (12-16-20) the T-Mobile version of the phone is directly available from Samsung for $375 ($600 in the T-Mobile store without other deals) or $400 for the Verizon version Both for much less if you have a qualifying trade in.
Here's the latest deals for both phones!

I like the Samsung A71 5G for the headphone jack alone, lol.

Nah, there are two versions of the A71 5G. The Verizon UW model has the Snapdragon 765G but the unlocked US model has a Samsung Exynos processor
@@KevinBreeze I got mine from Best Buy unlocked and it wasn't the Verizon one but I still got the Snadragon 765G just a FYI
The 5g version has the 765 that is specific to the technology.
Att has the Exynos 5G 6gb ram
Verizon has snapdrsgon.
All the U.S. models have the 765 Snapdragon.
Great comparison 👍
Kevin didn't say his intro 😱
Just joking dude, Love your content!

Camera pixel 5 💯, stayed for a71 because of larger screen good for extra phone.

Could buy a couple of Coolpad Cool 6s and have a pop up 📷
Kevin, use cool screensaver on the phones you are reviewing instead of plain colours, please.

Pixel looks so boring vis-a-vis the A 71 5G. And that big front cam hole on the Pixel sucks.
Both are over-priced.
Sorry...my samsung a71 has a qualcomm 805 is that any good? (Not tech savvy)
805 or 765?
