Mam please make a video on How you faced work pressure in sbi being a female how u managed house and office effectively. Also please tell us HOW IS policy for females in tranfers? Do they post the woman in nearby branches as of his spouse place? For whole of the service or do they send them away also...like if spouse is in Jaipur and the female posted in Alwar?

If you are in India then obviously government job is best. In Canada there is work life balance, Salary is good but the expenses are also very high.

Hlo mam i am aayush now i am doing my graduation as well as prepairing for bank exams but I am not from maths background this is triggering a great hurdles in my preparation particularly in maths where i do not make a good score tell me is this hurdle that came in my preparation will halt me from being a banker and please tell how can i rectify this
To clear the exam, you need to practice maths. But after joining bank, maths will not bother you at all. My advise is parctice maths and previous year question papers this will give you confidence to clear banking exam. All the best👍

Mam ek baat poochni thi.. main bhi SBI ke liye prepare kr rahi hu... Kya ladkiyo ki posting unki husband ki posting wise change krwadete hain SBI me?? Mere jo mangetar hain unka transferable job hain.. har 5 saal me change ho jata hain.. bas yehi poochni thi.. please reply 🙏

Mam sbi me woman workers ki home posting ki kya possibility hoti hai ya fir hamesh apni family se dur rehna pdta hai mam me boht confused hu I am sbi aspirant to hamesha ye doubt rehta hai mind me ki selection huaa to ye problem face karni padegi? Nokri ya family 🥺
Agar aap officer cadre me jaoge to frequently transfer honge alag alag city me...agar aap clerical level pe join karoge to same city me different branches me posting hoti hai. On spouse ground transfer hote hai but bahot frequently nahi.

Not sure....as per my knowledge before interview they will check your documents as well.

It's totally depend on you. SBI JA is 10-5 job and SBI PO is Officer rank job. If you are ready to work hard and ready for transfers then you should go for SBI PO.

Mene promotion nahi liya tha...isly me Senior Associate thi. But mere batchmates Manager ban gye the. As senior associate last pay less than 50,000 tha.

Mam is there a work-life balance for the officers working in SBI..? I have heard SBI employees have no life & they only work like machines.
Now a days, banking job is not easy especially for officers. Thats why i didn't take propmotion.

और ये भी बताओ की कैसे ग्राहकों से बदतमीजी से बात करना, ग्राहकों को एक टेबल से दूसरे टेबल घूमना, पूरा दिन लांच एंजॉय करना, छोटे छोटे काम के लिए ग्राहकों को तीन चार दिन टहलना, ये सब नही बताओगी दीदी

Mere city ke sabhi sbi branches ache hai aur staff b helpful hai..Par jaha unse glti hogi. ill tell them..
