I don’t know where you got the idea that groceries are cheaper here. I have compared the cost of milk, bread and eggs (the cheapest Publix options) to the same in at least 5 other cities (including Manhattan) and we come in at least $2 more than the next most expensive (which was Manhattan). You have to go out of your way to shop generic at Walmart to get close to what the rest of the country is paying for food staples.

Son moving from Davenport due to family stuff and not sure how I should feel about it. We are 50 are there other cool older people there that are social? Concerned most are way too young to hang with lol

It will range but most of the quotes I see are between $2,000 and $3,000. Thanks for watching!

I had a 2/2 1570 sq ft with a brand new roof and right before I sold it my premium had been raised to $3600. I bought property in Michigan and use the proceeds to rent here. My brother lives in Orlando and he’s forgoing insurance after Farmers pulled out and his best quote was 10k. I will never own property in Florida again.

Not as many as there used to be. Homestead exemption reduces that assessed value also. Thanks for watching!
