First off, welcome to the pole family! I started about a year and half ago and it has changed my life with more than me getting in shape. its made me more confident and helps me think less of what others think (even though i can still struggle with it). also, this video came right on time because me anxiety/depression has been up and down during the pandemic and knowing im not alone makes me feel much better :)
It's incredible what the human body is capable of, not being able to do something and then one day finally pulling it off is the best feeling! It's hitting hard! You are not alone for sure, we're all in this together on the other side of these screens we're all real and have so so much in common
