I just bought these and had them installed by a dealer. It has not even been a week and the right rear bolt attaching the bag to the bike broke in half. Not knowing until I got home I inspected my bike because I was hearing a siren sound from my bike somewhere. The faster I was going the louder the noise. Problem found, when the bolt snapped it fell back into the rear fender lodging itself between the inside of the fender and the ribbed section of the rear tire causing the siren sound I guess. There is no bottom support to there bags. They solely rely on two bolts to hold them on "my bike" because there is no other place to attach the bottom bolts on my XL1200N. I was riding back-roads, and highways but wasn't even carrying anything. I'm not happy. Cost me a pretty penny buying the relocation kit just as he did, price of the bags, and hourly installation fees. So pissed! Wish I could paste photos here.
Those look great. I’ve got a custom set made by a guy in Texas. $600. Mine were a bitch to install. Took two people, a lift and tin snips on the strut covers.
Vikings bags are absolutely 💯% terrible, so many of us will never buy from them again. They are a one off seller, they get the ignorant or the green people who just bought bikes, no real bike.owner I know recommends or prefers V.B. terrible products ANd customer service
@@VikingBagsYT the LIKES to VIEWs ratio of your install and product videos say ALOT, very little to alot, people have a terrible time installing V.B products, whether a sissy bar or a bolt on something, I've had terrible experience, as with many others

Thanks for sharing that. Sorry you experienced this.
What relocation kit is it?
This was basically my exact experience except they lasted a few months for me. Hardware is total garbage.

how about the turning signals
I really like those.
Wait till you meet their customer service, you'll fall in love all over again, just buy something and explore your feelings. 😉
Do you have the link for the LED license plate frame?
You might wanna check J&P Cycles website. Hope that helps.
Do they clear the passenger pegs or are those no longer useable when the bags are on?
Anyone know?
Got a link to these saddle bags?
These look great man
Maybe I should have gotten some of these. I got the "recommended" ones for the Iron and absolutely hate them.
Wouldn't be much different feeling I'd assume if you bought from Viking.
Awesome!
i really like these bags, but i see there is no way to ship to the netherlands.
is that correct, or is there a way to get them here?
I also try to buy Viking bag in Europe but no lucky.
Aren't Vikings from the Netherlands? lol
Motorcyclehouse in de UK.
Yeah.. I want it too.. But no shipping to 🇲🇾 Malaysia too... Very sad
What size are these bags?
Would these work with a two up seat?
I'd like to know that myself
How hard is it to relocate the turn signals?
It's a pain in the ass.
What bags are these?
can you fit a full size helmet in them?
No, not even a half helmet. Maybe a micro.
What seat is that?

Are they detachable??
Their customer service is definitely detached
Sorry but" very spacious" doesn't tell me how many liters they are
Around 27 liters.
Can you still attach sissy bars with that?
No
I wouldn't buy from Viking Bags ever again, don't care if it was a bolt, I won't do it. They are a terrible company to buy from.
How so ? Genuinely curious to know before I make a purchase
