I love my J2K, and I trust this company to make a great paddle. I have friends looking for a replacement for their Gen 3 Scorpeus, and I think the J3K Pro is the closest thing out there

Wide body might be an option…..never played with a wide body …. both have great benefits bigger sweet spot or more pop….great breakdown… either one would be a great option…thanks for the info 👍

I like how you compared these paddles to the Apollo, which I’m also considering.
What interests me about the J3k is that it seems like a step up from the Volair Mach2 Forza 16mm I currently play with, especially that the J3k provides more power potential.

I think the J3K pro would fit my play style, though I would prefer the SW to be around 110-111 for faster hand speed.

I got my j2k pro today and had a 3 hr sheesh with it, and my goodness is that a nasty paddle. Way better than my neonic ive been using.

Heard the J3K Pro is ferocious with weighted tape, so I'm gonna tape it up when I get my hands on it. Hoping for lowish swing weight.

Standard shape J3K would interest me. Never tried a standard shape or Kevlar faced paddle. Been trying to go back to control paddles after the Magnus 3

Sweet spot
Love to see you review the new Body Helix X4 Kevlar. I played with the prototype last week and it was the best hybrid paddle I’ve played with. Solid power, great control and huge sweet spot.

I have the J2k, my favorite paddle of all time. Interested in trying out the wide body variant of it, the J3k, curious to compare it with the Mach 2 forza, my favorite control paddle.
Honolulu told me the J3K has more pop than the J3. So I guess if you want something in the middle go J3K. More muted, J3 and Poppy+ J3Kpro

I wouldn't mind trying a traditional widebody after using a hybrid control paddle. The Pro intrigues me. Wonder how I'd do with a power paddle!
Great review, man! I’ve been using elongated paddles since I’ve started playing, tried the J7K Pro and loved it but would like to try a paddle that’s more geared toward control. And I love Honolulu so the J3K looks like a solid option.
For sure, a bug change from the J7K pro but great for control if that is what you are looking for
I like J3K as a good standard control paddle, however, I think the 6" grip is a bit too long, the hitting surface of the Apollo is 10.4"X8.1", J3K is 10"X8". The top could be made aero shape so the swing weight could be further reduced.
