Tried this for 5 days, accompanied with diet and approximately 15 minutes of workout everyday. Definitely saw some results! When I sit, I noticed that my belly became a little bit flatter. Although the change wasn't very obvious or huge :)
I thought this was going to be one of those "too good to be true" exercises, but I saw results within a little over a week! This exercise, combined with a once weekly hour and a half tap dance workout is really helping. I can't say I have a flat stomach yet, but it's definitely getting there!
for anyone looking through the comments to check if this actually works, here's what happened for me! So the day after i started i could see a slight difference, and after a week my waist was definitely smaller and more curved. But i am also doing the 'chloe ting 2019 summer shred' programme which obviously helped! I hope this was helpful

I've doing this exercise for 5 days and I can say for sure this work (at least for me). Each night before sleep I do this and the next morning I can feel my tummy more flat and my waist is getting smaller. I don't do diet I just eat whatever I want and even at the end of the day thank to this my results are still there. I'll keep doing it for 2 weeks and I'll be back to share more results ♡

Istg I've been trying to get back under 50KG again but any time I say that people are like "That's not healthy, it's too underweight, you'll be too skinny" but you know what? I'll be perfectly honest that I don't have the time or energy to hit the gym after work, so this video really helps. Just a few minutes of exercise everyday is totally do-able. Thanks for sharing your health and diet tips! But she also has no American accent when she speaks Japanese!

Okay y'all I'm getting sick of those "Your weight does not define you" comments. We're all here to LOOSE weight and by saying that you're all just putting us off. Istg I've been trying to get back under 50KG again but any time I say that people are like "That's not healthy, it's too underweight, you'll be too skinny" but you know what? Your beauty standards are clearly much more different than mine so just let me live for gods sake.

Please everyone in the comments, realize that you don't need to be skinny to impress anyone else. Exercise should be something you want to do in order to make yourself happier. Realize that you are perfect just the way you are and don't need to change for anyone. Love you all

I'll be perfectly honest that I don't have the time or energy to hit the gym after work, so this video really helps. Just a few minutes of exercise everyday is totally do-able. Thanks for sharing your health and diet tips! I am naturally thin, but I definitely don't have a waist line like yours so I hope that doing this simple exercise can give my waist a bit more curve/shape! :)
