    This is a great topic, thank you for covering it so thoroughly. I worked at Chik-Fil-A in HS, Culvers is the best cheat meal, I love kettlebells and the gym and we should take care of our bodies. Many years ago we were so physically active, the gym wasn't a necessity. These days as our lifestyles involve much less movement in general, the gym has become a necessity. I also have 2 kids and love my church here in Orlando. God bless you guys. Sub'd!
