That’s not a solution. I know you mean well but a separate category of trans sports just isn’t feasible. Trans population is only 5% of the entire world’s population. And not ALL trans women hold an advantage against a cis woman. Everyone just needs to be tested if they are qualified for fair competition rather than outright bans. There’s more to physical advantage than just the gender you were born as. A lot more.
I do agree that it wouldn’t be fair for Lia to compete. Successful Female swimmers have broad shoulders but Lia has shoulder broader than most men let’s be real. Pair her physique with her height as well. But ALL trans women shouldn’t be banned just for having experienced male puberty.

I believe in equal rights, I believe that people should identify as they want. But if you were born male and went through puberty as a male, you have undeniable biological advantages over natural Born women.
Equal rights means just that, equality. The “trans movement” isn’t about that but rather special treatment & privileges. Such as, being able to enter onto women’s teams with no regard given to how women will be impacted by being forced to coexist with men in their own spaces.

Easy. If they want to be in the Woman category, let them. You can create a new category as xx chromosome category. And DNA tests for this category. I'm sure women will apply for that.
