Congrats on the Baby! You asked for tips, so here we go haha (got 3 girls myself): especially in the beginning: just enjoy it as much as you can. It sounds cliché but I hope you can stay with your wife as much as you can. The first 4 weeks are really needed for recovering and to be there for her will mean everything. Also definitely use as much skin contact as possible, thats incredibly soothing for the little ones. I fondly remember little naps i took with them lying on my chest, them enjoying the rythmic breathing sounds that remind them of the time inside the belly and make them feel safe and cozy. I think that, very many hours of playtime, reading to them, playing with them, being understanding really makes a difference. Ive seen so many kids where the parents dont take much time with their kids and you see it in their behaviour, how they crave attention. You will raise a wonderful boy with just love, attention and understanding. Again it sounds cliché but it works, im very proud of how my girls „turned out“ haha. But also: take breaks for yourself. It can be VERY demanding and me-time will become a rare resource. Make sure to get some good rest from time to time and speak alot with your partner about it.

My tip? Get everything ready in advance. Crib, Bassinet, Car Seat (can't take the baby home from the hospital without that one), get everything set up and ready ASAP, because you never know what will happen come delivery time, and the more things you don't have to worry about once the baby arrives, the better.

Im legit surprised Viper didn't try to use the trade post to create additionnal mercenaries, It was near his base (even inside one could say) and he already had a huge amount of oil for it.
Granted those are generated randomly at the start of each map but those can be interesting to pick up like french knights and horse archers are one of the possible group.
He doesn't play a lot of Aoe4, so I imagine he just doesn't know or forgot you can do that.
