i calculated the amount of collateral damage in the first chase, it was $155,100 dollars for everything. things on the sidewalk and cars and whatnot. plus that's without accounting for inflation...
The left one actually always does (more noticeably), but it largely depends on the camera angles. If you look closely, there's a bigger flash effect that mixes red and blue together that hides it bit, but from certain angles they all light up individually without the effect, for instace at 0:02 or the ensuing camera at 1:32.

@Pharaon_Blanc well you can leave the car your driving, and shift to a different car, but you never roam on foot

For DSF? DriverMods, NexusMods, on top of the already known ModDB but that about covers it.
